He Saved Me

Chapter 8

He flys me back to his place. "Pan I thought was going somewhere that's about my parents?"

"Yeah, just give me a minute." He goes up inside the treehouse.

I wait for him; I felt a pain through my whole body. "Maylee!" I hear Pan yell. Then everything turns from blurry to black.

Flashback from when she was 5

"We can't go back!" Emma says in angry tone.

"Why not, we can't just leave our friends, your family, and Henry." Hook says back. Emma breaks at that.

"Henry is old enough to take care of himself! I mean for god sake he even has a family!" Little Maylee walks in.

"Mommy why you yelling?" She asks in her sweet voice. Emma bends down to her child's level.

"Mommy didn't mean to. Sorry Maylee. How about you go to your room and play while me and daddy talk okay?" Maylee smiles.

"Okay." Maylee runs off to her room.

"Can you just respect my decision please?" Emma doesn't know what to do.

"Emma I'll back okay." Emma was shocked that her husband would not want to start over and not have to worry about everything.

"Just go." Emma says putting her head down. Hook lift Emma's chin up "I just want to check up on Storybrooke okay. I'll be back." Hook kisses Emma's head "I love you; I'll be back love."

"Maylee!" Emma yells for Maylee to come say her goodbyes. Maylee comes running in the kitchen.

"Yess mommy?" Maylee tilts head.

"Say goodbye to daddy." Maylee hugs her dad. Hook hugs back tightly but not too tight.

"Love you daddy." Maylee says in her tiny voice. Hook lets go of his daughter. He looks in her eyes.

"Love you princess and watch over mommy okay." Hook says the last part low.

Maylee shakes her little head. Hook leaves his two girls.

Emma picks up little Maylee "When will daddy be back?" Emma looks little Maylee with tears in her eyes.

"Soon, lets go play." Maylee wipes her mom's tears away with her little cold fingers.

"No crying mommy." Emma smiles at her daughter.

"Okay, now lets go play." Emma caries Maylee to her room.

Hook never came back to his two little girls. Emma moved on and Maylee never asked about her dad.

End of Flashback

Maylee wakes up in Pan's bed. As has sits up her pain comes back but not as bad as before. She looks around for Pan. "Pan." She whimpers. Pan comes in his room and like before he bends down in front of Maylee.

Pan cares for Maylee wanting nothing bad happening to her.

"Pan what's happening to me." Pan kisses Maylee's head

"Don't worry about that just get rest." Maylee looks at Pan with passion and trust. "I'll be back darling." Maylee goes to sleep, and Pan goes to see the Shadow.

Deep in the frost is Shadow "What the hell?" Pan yells at the Shadow.

The Shadow has a deep scary voice "What?" The Shadow is confuse at what Pan is fired up about.

"What's wrong with Maylee?" The Shadow gets closer to Pan

"She's dying." Pan was heartbroken at those words.

"Why? Why is she dying! She's a kid!" Pan can hear the Shadow chuckle.

"She's not a boy. She's a girl and only boys can stay on this island, she's been here too long. I'll take her back home."

"Then why did you take her?"

"Because she need help. And you killed her problem, so I'll just take her back." Pan didn't think this would have happen.

"But where would she go?"

"I'll just take her back to where she lives."

"But she won't have anyone."

"So, that okay." The Shadow looks up like he header something. "Hooks backs, come one." Pan follows the shadow.

Pan goes to get the boys; he told Felix to grab Maylee and take her to Hook.

Felix was course but did what he was told. He grabbed Maylee and took her to the ship "You want her Hook?" Pan asks.

"I'm not leaving until I get her!" Hook was ready to fight. Maylee couldn't keep her eyes open for long.

"Have her as long as you promise to never come back." Everyone was confused. Felix gives Hook Maylee. "Lets go boys!" The boys follow Pan, the boys felt bad for Maylee because they was starting to like her. Pan is heartbroken for giving her to him, letting go of his love.

Hook left with Maylee and plans on going back to Storybrooke. To show Maylee her family. Giving her a new start.

Maylee

I woke up it feels like I'm rocking in a crib. Once my eyes focus, I see that I'm in a ship, I look out the little round window and I see the sea no island. I try to think of what happened or how I got here. Then it hit me Pan said something "Have her as long as you promise to never come back." Those words play over in my head. Why would he say that? Slowly cold, salty tears roll down my cheeks.

I immediately wipe them; I couldn't cry I knew this was going to happen. Pan would get rid of me because I'm not a boy and I was just annoying to him anyways. I got up off the bed and went up to the deck of the ship, I look around then I see him! "Hook!" I yelled and ran to him. He turned to my voice and once he seen me, he smiled and opened his arms for a hug.

I hugged tightly not letting go, he just chuckled at me for even reaching like this. He pulls me away from him and looks at my eyes. There probably red and puffy "have you been crying?" I don't want him to know why I was crying.
"No, why do you ask!" I ask with a smile on my face. He looks at me closely so see if I'm lying or not. To make this not awkward I ask another question "So where are we going to?" He looks at me and takes my hand.

"Home, we're going home Maylee." Home? I never went somewhere where I could call home. I hug him again.

"Thank you for bringing me home."

"You're welcome princess." I can hear a smile in his voice.

If I knew what would have happened when I got there I wouldn't have been so excited about it.
