When You're Upset

How does he react when you are upset?

Tommy- You can't hide anything from Thomas Shelby. When you are upset, he can tell instantly that something is wrong. You typically try to avoid looking Tommy in the eyes when you are upset because you can't hide anything from him when you look into his eyes. If you try to change the subject or push him away, Tommy will only grab you and pull you back to him. He will usually hold your face, brushing your hair out of your face, and make you look him in the eyes. Then you usually spill what's going on because something about Tommy's eyes makes you feel safe.

Arthur - It takes Arthur a while to figure out something is wrong. He usually gets the hint when he catches you in tears that you try to hide or play off, but Arthur will only wipe the away and ask what is troubling you. If you don't want to talk about it, he won't press you but he will try to find out what is wrong through someone else who can coax the truth out of you like Polly or Ada.

John - John hates it when you are upset and will do his best to try to put a smile on your face. He will hug you tightly, wipe your tears, try to solve your problem, and will kiss your salty cheeks. He is a good man and he loves you so much that when you are upset/in tears, it's hard to see you like that. The only time John thinks it's appropriate for you to cry is during sex when it's just that good.

Finn - Finn is a sweet talker. When you are upset or in tears, he always knows what sweet nothings to say to get you to calm down or stop crying. You're pretty sensitive so tears rise to the surface easier than others.

Michael - When you are upset, Michael is upset. You're never afraid to let him know exactly what's going on and he comforts you when you need it. Perhaps this is too soft for a Peaky Blinder but you are his girl and he is not like his cousins. He is not too manly to be gentle with his love. He will kiss your forehead and speak softly to you, holding you if you need it.

Alfie - Alfie doesn't take hints too well and he is often too preoccupied to notice if your emotions are off. However, Alfie does notice when you don't come to bed or fulfill your duties. Sometimes if you get too short/have an attitude with him he will get the hint. That's when he will find you and confront you about it. You typically try to play it off as nothing but he will force you to look at him and tell you neither of you are leaving until you confess. Alfie can make things seem smaller than they actually are, making you feel better. Making you feel you're not alone.

Isaiah - Isaiah always knows when you're upset. You're usually distant and don't keep plans to meet him at the Garrison at night. He plays it off macho like it's nothing in front of the guys but later he will find you after giving you some space and will gently ask you why you're generally upset. If you don't answer, Isaiah is clever enough to coax it out of you by not pressing you which makes you crazy cause he knows you want to tell him. You will end up blurting it out angrily and accuse him of being careless. Isaiah will kiss your forehead and wipe your cheek with a handkerchief like a gentleman.

Luca - Luca typically won't notice you're upset or hurt until he sees you in tears. And  surprisingly, Luca will be tender with you. He will caress your cheeks and run a hand over your hair, his voice dropping to a whisper as he pulls you close. Luca's voice alone can make you give up the truth.
