!!SPOILER WARNING!! I KEPT THIS MOTIVE THE SAME AS IN THE GAME

Fuyuhiko was rushed off to some unknown care facility as the rest of us returned to our cabins for the night. That night I found myself thinking back to Byakuya's execution. I thought that the boy himself was familiar yet I couldn't quite place it. Additionally, the people portrayed in the mirror were recognizable too; as if I knew them. What made matters more confusing was the dream of the students portraying a murder scene and a trial room. It was all familiar. Almost like another killing game.

As we walked away from the trial room, Akane clenched her fists, "I'm going to kill that stupid tanuki..." We brushed off her remark since many of us felt the same. My eyes widened when the gymnast suddenly took off running towards the beach, "Akane! Wait!" By the time we caught up to her, she was already fighting Monokuma. Well, fighting is an overstatement. Akane couldn't land a blow.

Monokuma seemed to charge up with power just as Nekomaru moved Akane out of the way. Seeing Nekomaru about to face a deadly blow, I ran towards him to push him out of the line of fire. Nekomaru saw this coming and easily used my momentum against me to throw me into the sand to safety. "NEKOMARU!" Akane's voice was the last thing we heard before there was a blinding flash and a horrible ringing.

Akane rushed to the coach's side, Mikan joining her, "I-I can't find a pulse!" Hajime looked at Monokuma, "Don't just stand there, you did this!" Monokuma shrugged nonchalantly, Chiaki tilting her head, "You have to help. It's breaking the rules." Monokuma scowled at this, "WHAT?!" Mikan nodded, "Y-You said so yourself, it's against the rules for you to interfere in the killing game." The stuffed bear grumbled in annoyance that we found yet another loophole and reluctantly took Nekomaru away on a stretcher.

When the next morning came, Teruteru made us breakfast as usual. I sat down to eat, mentally reminding myself to ask Nagito for that yearbook he had during the first trial. Before I could even take a bite of my f/b/f (Favorite breakfast food) Usami came in sputtering and panting. We all stopped and looked at her as she regained her breath. "What is it now, chihuahua?" I couldn't help the small smile that crept onto my face at Akane's remark in light of last night's agonizing events. Usami explained how she defeated another of Monokuma's island guards.

We gathered in groups, with the exception of Mahiru and went our separate ways on the island. I walked with Hajime, and Chiaki. We crossed over the bridge, I watched Chiaki carefully to make sure she doesn't run into anything or trip while playing her game. The first thing we come across is a tall theater. Inside, we see Nagito exit from on of the rooms and start talking to Monokuma. Hajime approaches the lucky male, "Did you just watch something, Nagito?" The white haired male sighed, "It was... Monokuma's movie."

Hajime agreed to watch it, much to Monokuma's pleasure. Chiaki had left at some point and I waited outside the theater. Hajime came back outside after watching, what I assume, was one of the worst movies ever.

~Time skip because I'm too exhausted to write out all the places~

Hajime and I had gone around the island exploring and found, besides the theater, there was Electric Avenue, a Motel, and Music Venue with a separate room for storage. Lastly, there was a hospital, where we were currently headed to see Fuyuhiko in recovery. Mikan didn't let many people in at a time and, honestly, Fuyuhiko didn't want to speak to anyone really. Hajime was the only one the yakuza acknowledged properly. Nonetheless, It was my turn to see him.

3rd Person POV:

Fuyuhiko was sitting up, glancing out the window when M/n entered, the yakuza's fingertips subconsciously picking at his bandages on his arms. He turned his head slightly when he heard the door close, revealing the bandages across his eye. M/n gave Fuyuhiko a strained smile but no words were exchanged. The two sat in comfortable silence, until Fuyuhiko spoke, "Sorry for blaming all of you during the trial or whatever." M/n blinked in surprise, "Hm? What? No, you were confused and angry, you-- wait, why are you apologizing?"

Fuyuhiko gave a laugh, a short yet genuine laugh, "You-? Hah! Are you stupid?" M/n smiled slightly, "No, just confused. Why are you the one saying sorry? Mahiru put you in this hospital bed." Fuyuhiko clicked his tongue, "Tch.. well, yeah." M/n filled the silnce, "Are you apologizing for being a douche, baby gangsta?" Said male bristled at the nickname, "WHO TOLD YOU TO CALL ME THAT?!"

Within the next day or so, Fuyuhiko was out of the hospital and everything was back to normal. Well, almost. Besides the whole killing game and Mahiru getting close to back-to-back trials, this very moment is about as normal as it gets. The students were in the dining hall and all eating their breakfasts, with the exception of M/n who was asleep. Just like every other moment of peace they got, the remaining students were snapped out of the serene environment. Luckily enough, the culprit wasn't Monokuma; a piece of food hit the wooden floor.

Akane blinked slowly at the fallen food before a sob racked her body. The unusual act of the gymnast caused confusion as Sonia moved to her, "Akane? What happened?" The gymnast rubbed her eyes somewhat aggressively, "I don't know why... I don't know why I'm crying..." Sure, Akane was emotional over Nekomaru but she didn't cry. Hajime murmured quietly in confusion, "What is going on..?" Another quiet voice diverted the attention to another student, "Eh? Nagito... what are you talking about?" Ryota's question went unanswered as Nagito rambled on and on about how Akane is was a figment of imagination.

Gundham grimaced in disgust and backed away from the white haired male, "The mortal is delirious." Mahiru gasped as Nagito mentioned seeing Hiyoko and Nekomaru alive (which only made Akane sob even harder). Ryota turned to Hajime, "I think we should wake M/n up." Hajime nodded and went over to where the male was. Hajime gently shook M/n's shoulders, causing his head to abruptly snap up and off the table. "M/n, you missed so much. Akane and Nagito are acting weird and—" Sonia was cut off as the previously sleeping male scowled, "What the fuck are you doing waking me up? We aren't fucking friends."

Hajime and the others backed away from M/n in surprise at his hostile tone, exchanging bewildered looks. Soda clutched his beanie for dear life, pointing at the surfer with a shaking hand while letting out a yell, "WAH! M/n is acting like Fuyuhiko!!" The Yakuza turned his head to the side, "Tch..."

Mikan fidgeted with her hands, "A-Are they sick...?"Hajime nodded, "Maybe..." Gundham pushed Hajime aside and pressed the back of his hand against M/n's forehead. The surfer smacked Gundham's hand away not long after, "Who the hell told you to touch me, huh?!" The gothic male lifted his scarf in thought, "Indeed, his body temperature is elevated." Hajime did the same to Nagito and Mikan to Akane.

Mikan looked to Gundham and Hajime, "So, they all have fevers?" The two boys nodded in confirmation. Just then a familiar laugh rang out as Monokuma appeared, "Upupupu! Looks like you all found the new motive!"

A/N: I finally got my laptop working! I have the next chapter in the making but it probably won't be out for another week. Also, I was wondering if I should do short Holiday chapters (Since Valentines Day is coming up) if that's something that you would be interested in.
