Vaemrys sat next to her sister, with her legs crossed and her nails tapping against the arm of the chair. An old man was telling a story or that's how she was hearing it. He was a suitor. A line of men were behind him and that made Vaemrys even more dreadful.

The old man, Lord Dondarrion, stopped for a drink. Vaemrys looked at rhaenyra who looked at her who looked up to criston cole who looked back at her and to Vaemrys. It was amusing to say the least. Vaemrys covered her mouth to stop the growing smile that was going to soon turn into laughter. "The view across the Marches is Inspiring! So said Queen Alysanne herself when she honored my father and I—", the old man was cut off by rhaenyra. "And tell me, Lord Dondarrion, did you think my great-grandmother as beautiful as they say?", she asked.

"This..was half a century ago, princess.", he said with confusion. "Yes, it was.", she said all the other men began to laugh. Vaemrys closed to eyes to calm herself. Aegar was sitting beside her along with the rest of her children who were now sleeping. Aegar giggled at the joke rhaenyra made as well. Vaemrys held aegars hand that was coiled around her index and middle finger.

"That was unseemly, princess", Lord Boremund Baratheon Said to rhaenyra. "The man is older than our Father, it's unseemly for him to put himself forward as a contender for either of our hand", Vaemrys said with slight agitation.

"Next!", Boremund called out. A young boy walked out and Vaemrys looked around to her sister.

"And now a child", rhaenyra scoffed scoffed. "The blackwoods are an ancient house with a formidable army. In the Riverlands, they once ruled as kings. The blood of the First Men still flows in their veins.", Boremund informed. Rhaenyra nodded but it was obvious she saw this was just as ridiculous as Vaemrys did. "Go on", Boremund said.

"My princesses...ours is a bond that has long endured,  since Lucas Blackwood, the grandsire of my grandsire, aided the Dragon in his war of conquest—", the boy was cut off, "Aye, the Blackwoods truly turned the tide on that one.", a man said from the side, Jerrel Bracken. "Coursed with the blood of the First Men, Our history is deeply rooted in this land, Which your house has made its home. If chosen as your match, princess...", he looked at both Vaemrys and rhaenyra. "Your days shall be easy and nights safe under my protection.", the boy spoke. "Protection? The Princesses have dragons, you dumb cunt", Bracken said and laughed along with the others behind him.

"Bracken!", Boremund Yelled. Rhaenyra laughed and so did Vaemrys. "I could learn to like that one.", she said to her sister. "Let us have the next", Vaemrys said. "So May we go to supper", rhaenyra added and turned to Boremund with a sarcastic smile. "Craven", Bracken, commented again. To which willem Blackwood unsheathed his sword, Bracken did the same.

Vaemrys quickly stood up. "We're leaving", she announced with anger and annoyance. She picked up vaemrons sleeping body and held aegars hand. Marina and Emily carried the sleeping twins behind her. Rhaenyra walked beside Vaemrys. Behind them was Criston Cole. "Sheathe That Steel, you twats", Boremund yelled at the two fighting males.

"Send word to the harbor and have Captain Oswin ready the ship.", Vaemrys said to Cole. He wasn't her knight or anything but she is a princess and so he follows her orders.

"Princesses, we're due in Bitterbridge in three days' time.", criston cole said to Vaemrys and rhaenyra "I would happily row myself back to Kings Landing if it brought and end to this ridiculous pageant", rhaenyra said. Vaemrys heard a swipe and turned around, so did everyone else. Blackwood stabbed Bracken. "Don't look", Criston tried to cover both of the Young Women.

Vaemrys stopped and woke up vaemron to set him down. She walked over to willem, "rhaenyra, you will choose him to marry", Vaemrys spoke to her sister. Rhaenyra quickly and angrily walked up to her sister, "what?", she asked. "much better than waking up next to Jason Lannister, don't you think?", Vaemrys asked. Rhaenyra had to give it to Vaemrys, she was right, he was technically the best choice she had right now. Still, the younger girl stormed away. Vaemrys snapped her fingers and Boremund was then speaking to willem and walking him through everything while Vaemrys began to leave with her children beside her, aegars eyes stuck on the man's lifeless body.
