Daemon was exiled after a few days, a rumor about him taking rhaenyras maidenhood. Vaemrys didn't care, she is betrothed and besides, she has been trying to help rhaenyra with whatever she could and yet it seemed as if it was never enough.

Viserys and Vaemrys had gone to driftmark to confirm the engagement and settle it all. Viserys had gotten sicker as of late but he proceeded the wedding ceremony, pushing it as quickly as possible. Vaemrys ignored most of her issues by now, the most important one was to get married to laenor, have a child and later ascend the Iron Throne. After that, Aegar will be king. If he does not have children by then, vaemron will be king and so on.

Vaemrys smiled at her thoughts of the future, her children being happy and finding love of their own. Her grandchildren that she will tell stories to. She cherished that vision deeply. Though, something felt off, Vaemrys Brushed out her long white hair. Daemon seemed to always take up her thoughts of the future. Would he be there? Watching, in the shadows as always, a secret or will he finally come to Vaemrys and love her like how he says he does.

Vaemrys hair was put into a bun and kept curled, ontop of her head rested Aemma's headdress from her wedding many years ago. Within the golden accessory, held Rubies.

"It is with great pleasure that His Grace, King Viserys, Announces the start of the Royal Wedding Celebrations. House Lannister with their lord, Jason Lannister. Lord Paramount of the West and Master of Casterly Rock. House Hightower with their lord, Hobert Hightower. Beacon of the south, Defender of the Citadel, the Voice of Oldtowen...", ser harrold continued on.

Rhaenyra sat beside Vaemrys on her left and Viserys sat beside Vaemrys on her right right. Vaemrys kept her eyes low and narrow. Lately, she hadn't been feeling like herself.  Rhaenyra rolled her eyes and kept the aura of disapproval evident within her facial expression as the room flooded, she knew her sister was upset and did not wish to marry and frankly, neither did she.

"Congratulations, Your Grace. You have made a fine match for the Princess.", Jason Lannister said. "Thank you, Lord Jason. I could think of no better man than Ser Laenor.", Vaemrys said rather harshly and looked straight to viserys. "Well, if this is only the welcome feast, I admit, I cannot imagine what you might have planned for the wedding.", Jason Said. Vaemrys looked at her sons that sat beside her, they were happy with the muffins in front of them. She giggled softly at them. "She is my daughter, I wanted this to be a wedding for the Histories.", viserys smiled. He looked to Vaemrys who smiled back at him, she wanted to make her father proud."Where is the Queen? I had hoped to pay my respects.", jason said. Viserys took a moment before answering.

"I understand the Queen is still readying herself for the celebrations.", he said. "This why men wage war...because women would never be ready for the battle in time.", jason "joked". Vaemrys looked at him with annoyance and so did rhaenyra and her father. Viserys showed a smile of awkwardness. "Your presence is always such a pleasure, Lord Jason.", Vaemrys dismissed. "Princesses, Your Grace.", he bowed slightly.
