//Authors note: Hi, Please note that this is TEMP 2 of writing this section. I was a dumbass and deleted the wrong part without realizing it until the last moment. The good thing is that I have a hard writing copy of the original idea/concept. Please forgive if you read the original part that was deleted and this remake looks different or makes no sense at all.//

//Concept: Taken place after a battle to end WW1, the short story picks up from another tale soon to come//

- The Hooded man walks calmly to the crumbling building in front of him. Hoping no one is injured or trapped under the rubble of the building that once stood proudly in the sky. The hooded man puts his hair in a dulled-out red ponytail draping it over his left shoulder as he pulls his hood further up creating a shadow over his pale skin. As he looks around he notices slight movement under the rubble. Cursing under his breath he starts to dig around the rubble to see a red hand covered in blood. The hooded man pulls the person out from under the rubble making sure he didn't cause any more harm to the man. The hooded man took a moment to look over the person before smirking in the shadow of his hood. "Man" He softly spoke, "You pissed off the wrong people didn't ya?" The man signed laying the person he found against a wall with messy black hair. Then the hooded man took something out of his pouch that was in a small glass bottle, it looked like obsidian but liquid-like paint.
However, he checked to see if the man before him was breathing or had a pulse. To have none. "German.." the hooded man sighed. Soon the Injured German slightly open his eyes just to shoot open tears fighting to get out but couldn't. Once the bottle was empty the hooded man closed it back up setting it in the pouch where it once was, "There that should do it." he spoke to himself. "w-what...did..." The German tried to speak but spooked the hooded man. "Oh, you're conscious already. Man, I'm good at this." He joked as he started to grab bandages and wrap the German up. "Who..are you?" "Eh- well, that's kinda hard to explain. Well, unless you join me." The german voice hitched as he felt how cold the stranger's hands were, "Join you?" "If you want to know who I am of course. Either way, you are my responsibility, if or if not you join."
The German looked up at the smokey sky, "Why?" The German asked quietly. "Because, I'm sure something bad is to happen and if it does happen, I know you and everyone else can help the people in the future." German looked down at the hooded person before returning his focus to the sky. "What's the point." "Pardon?" "I failed to protect AH. So what's the point in that." "No point" The stranger hummed before continuing, "If I recall, You promised him that you'll protect him even through death. German Empire." GE shocked eyes darts to the stranger before grabbing the stranger by the collar of his shirt. "How do you know that? I made that when we were kids." "People, especially Russian's father, told me to never miss death because death will get you." "That doesn't-" "Death can't get you if you aren't born yet" "Was..?" "AHE is with one of my city-states. Don't worry." The stranger changed the subject. GE drops the stranger glaring at them before hissing at his injuries. "Careful, You are injured." The stranger pity laughed. German looks back at the sky as they sit in silence. The stranger finishes patching GE up and put the bandages back in the pouch. "..so who are you?" The stranger tapped the side of his hood before answering. "are you going to join me then?" GE just nods as a 'heh' escapes the hooded man's mouth. "good, I am.."
