"What's going on here?" Ethan interrupted us.
"Nothing." I quickly said.
"I totally believe you."
Kit laughed at that.
"AYY, SHUT IT." I softly smacked them in the back of the head.
"OoWw" Kit yelped.
"I didn't even hit you that hard!"
"Well, it hurt my heart." They put their hands where their heart would be.
I smacked them harder.
"HEY, QUIT IT."
"I don't think she's going to."
"Just shut up..." Kit fake frowned.
"He's right, ya know?"
They glared at me.
I put my hands up defensively.
