Sitting at her desk, Naomi writes in a file, perking up when a pair of hands cover her face

Danny: "Guess who." he hums, making her chuckle as she shakes her head, turning in her seat to face him

Naomi: "What are you doing here?"

Danny: "Just finished my shift. Thought I'd come and see if you wanted to grab a coffee with me from across the street."

Naomi: "I wish I could. But I am swamped with paperwork" she groans, motioning to a pile on her desk "Pretty sure a few of those are at least a few months old."

Spencer: "I'll finish up the files for you." he hums, not looking up from the book in his hands

Naomi: "You sure?"

Spencer: "Yeah. As long as you take mine next time."

Naomi: "Deal" she smiles, grabbing her stuff as she moves over to Spencer's desk, pressing a quick kiss to his cheek "You're the best. Thank you." she hums, the pair walking off, nodding in greeting to Derek who passes them on the way to his desk

Derek: "Where are those two love birds going?"

Spencer: "Grab coffee."

JJ: "We're on." she hums, holding up a file as she passes the pair, heading towards the meeting room

Hotch: "Where's Watson?"

Spencer: "She and Danny just left to get coffee. Want me to get her?"

Gideon: "No, we'll give her a few minutes."

JJ: "Missing child in Wilmington, Delaware. 11 year old Billie Copeland was last seen on the playground at 4:30 yesterday afternoon."

Hotch: "That's 20 hours ago. Child abduction response plan says we get notified immediately. What happened?"

JJ: "Well, there was reason to believe she was with her father. Her cell phone shows a call to him around the time of the disappearance."

Gideon: "So they've since ruled him out?"

JJ: "He called the mother about an hour ago."

Gideon: "That doesn't mean he isn't involved."

Watson: "Sorry" she hums, hurrying into the room "What do we got?"

JJ: "Missing child in Delaware."

Watson: "Delaware." she perks up

Morgan: "You're from there aren't you?"

Watson: "Newark. It's about a 25 minute drive." she hums, skimming over the file

JJ: "The father's on his way to the family home, so you can talk to him there. But the local police are now considering this a stranger abduction."

Morgan: "20 hours late." he scoffs

Reid: "Long-term stranger abductions of children Billie's age are rare. They represent only half of one percent of all missing cases per year."

Watson: "But they are usually more likely to be fatal. Of the children that are abducted and murdered, 44% die within the first hour. From that point on, their odds of survival greatly decrease. 75% are gone after 3 hours. And virtually all of them are dead after 24."

Hotch: "Which means we have just under 4 hours to find her."

Gideon: "Shall we go?"

Gideon: The poet, W.H. Auden wrote, "Evil is unspectacular and always human. And shares our bed and eats at our table."
