Ozzy x fem the next step season 7

episode 10: A tale of two auditions

Today is the day A-troupe is auditioning for Dancemania so we're all meeting in studio A and taking a bus over.

"What's up?" Henry says as he jumps with his suitcase in front of everyone. Ozzy and I walk in behind him with smiles on our faces, excited for the day ahead. I stayed over at Ozzy's last night so we could prep together for the audition, we mainly just watched Dancemania videos in our matching pajamas that he bought us and lots of snacks. 

"Brace yourselves for a bumpy ride, Kingston and Lily just broke up." Seriously again? 

"Already?" Henry says as he turns to the two of us. Ozzy and I sigh as we pull ten bucks from our pockets and hand it over. Ozzy and I think Lily and Kingston will last where as Henry doesn't. We see Kingston and Lily flirting again so Ozzy nudges Henry to look and he pulls out the 20 bucks from his pocket that we both gave him and hands it back. 

"What are you doing here?" Ozzy asks as we see Heath walk in with a bag. 

"I can't believe Summer didn't tell you." Heath says with a smile.

"Didn't tell us what?" Piper asks annoyed. 

"Wait, she didn't tell any of you?" Heath replies confusedly. "Summer isn't coming." What? Why isn't she coming?

"Next!" Since the dance captain decided to take a day off Richelle stepped up to lead the team. I'm looking at the judges when I feel Kingston tap my arm multiple times. I turn around to glare at him but he wasn't looking at me.

"That Federico, he's my favorite judge on Dancemania." Kingston tells Ozzy and I while lightly fan girling over him. 

"I'll take a picture" Ozzy says as he pulls out his phone.

"No, no, no, no photography. This isn't a holiday. Brenda take his phone." Federico says to them. Ozzy just got told off by Federico, he is never gonna forget this. We all move to the centre of the room to start our dance, I hope there impressed. 

This dance really did become such a different piece the next step hasn't performed before. Richelle really put in some great formations, there always changing which makes them super interesting. 

"Thank you, next!" Federico yells. Just as the team is walking out, everybody stops in shock at the sight of Summer, auditioning as a soloist. How could she do this to us? Kenzie, Ozzy, Richelle and I all quickly sneak a watch into the audition room to see how Summer is doing. 

Summer was the last person I'd expect to do something like this. Surely there has to be some sort of explanation. 

"Guys the bus is here, we have to go." Amy comes to tell us.

Everybody is pretty upset about Summer auditioning as a soloist, it's all anyone could talk about the whole bus ride home. 

"Ok guys we could either go home, or hang out until we get a call." Piper says. 

"Pizza?" Henry suggests with a shrug of his shoulders.

"I'll call, I'm locked out my phone?" Ozzy says. "This can't be my phone, I probably picked up the one from the basket when we left the audition. It doesn't have our picture on it" Ozzy says pointing to the lock screen. Lily and Kingston then walk into the room arguing just as Ozzy starts trying to call his phone. We hand over the ten bucks again, quite annoyed that this bet will probably go on forever.

The pizza had finally arrived and Lily and Kingston kept making flirty, cringy comments and Ozzy, Henry and I had the money going back and fourth.
