Ozzy x fem the next step season 7

Episode 2: the comeback kid

We're all just standing in studio A waiting for rehearsal to start when everything goes quiet as we see Lily walk in. Did I miss something?
Last time she was here her and her mum nearly tore the team apart.
Ozzy and I just look at each other with our mouths slightly opened not even sure what we wanna say. We're both pretty speechless.

"Hey guys sorry I'm late, my appointment went longer the expected, I had to get the perm touched up and the roots are growing in straights, you know how it is." Finn says as he walks into the room.
"What's wrong with everybody. Whoa what is Lily doing here?" Finn asks as h spind around to look at Lily. 
"Lily is here to audition for the final spot on A-troupe." Emily tells us.
There's only one more spot on A-troupe and that might be Lily of all people.
"So let's back it up and give her the space she needs." Emily tells us as we all move off the floor. 

Lily's solo is really good. She is killing it and I'm looking at everybody else and I think they all agree.

After Lily's solo she left for the team to decide if she should be on A-troupe.

"Okay everyone, I think we can all admit that Lily's solo was phenomenal. We think she would make an excellent addition to A-troupe." Emily tells us.
"Yeah I don't really think there's anything to discuss, I can't think of any reason she shouldn't be apart of A-troupe." Nick adds on.
"Um I can think of a reason, remember when she stole the dance captaincy from Noah? Or when she got piper kicked off a-troupe. Who knows what else she's gonna do?" Kenzie tells him.
"But guys we have to think about this. That solo was amazing and maybe if she was on the team we'd have a better chance at winning nationals." Summer says.
"I think it's about more then just dance. If you want good dancers we can go to B-troupers who are just as good, like Heath." Kingston jumps in. 
"Bad Kingston, no. I would take Lily over Heath cliff any day of the week. She's more A-troupe material then a B-trouper."
I start smiling and trying not to laugh because Ozzy gets so worked up over Heath and I find it very amusing. I put my hand on his back and slightly rub it just to calm him down.

It's really hard to decide if Lily should be on A-troupe. She nearly tore the team apart but she did pull the whistle on her mum during regionals.
"If you ask me you guys are trying to figure out if you can dance with her, one of you probably needs to dance with her." Nick says to us.
"Well I already danced with her when she was on A-troupe." Ozzy says as he puts his arms in the air.
"That's true Ozzy you did a duet with her right? Which means you know exactly how bad she used to be?" Summer asks him.
"Totally." He agrees. 
I silently put my hand to my head because I know exactly what Summer is doing and Ozzy is totally falling for it.
"Which means you'd be the perfect person to dance with her to see if she's really changed."
"Exactly." He says then realizes.
Everyone agrees and starts to walk away leaving Ozzy to go dance with Lily. I give him an apologetic look and a smile as if to say have fun.

Kingston and I are sitting in the next steep about to talk to Ozzy to see how the rehearsal is going with Lily.
When shakes and ladders closed, the new owners opened up a cafe called the next steep to profit off our popularity after winning regionals.
"How's rehearsal been with Lily?" I ask my boyfriend as he sits down.
"It's actually going pretty well so far." 
"Yeah so far." Kingston says. "There's no way she can keep this up for much longer." It's clear to everyone, Kingston really doesn't like her.
"You may be right but she's doing okay."
"How it going with Lily?" Amy asks Ozzy as she walks over and sits down with us.
"Look if she joins the team she'll abandon us right before nationals." Kingston says to her.
"I absolutely agree, she's just gonna sabotage us." Amy agrees.
"Are you talking about Lily?" Piper asks the group as her and Finn walk over to join us.
"I think she's a spy." He says.
Eventually most of the team comes to join us and talks about the whole situation.

Honestly it's stressing me out a little bit because I really don't know if we can trust her but we need ten people for nationals. Ozzy can somehow sense my nerves and grabs my hand from under the table and smiles at me and then continues talking with the rest of the team.
I look around because I can feel a pair of eyes on us and I turn towards the door and see Lily standing there looking at us.
"Guys." I say to grab their attention.
They all look in the direction I'm looking and stop talking.

"You guys think she heard us?" 
"You know what I don't think she did Finn." I say back sarcastically with a roll of my eyes.
"Obviously she heard us she was standing right there." Ozzy says after me.
"Guys what are we doing we were talking about how bad Lily is when we're the people talking behind someone's back." Summer says.
"Guys we went on a fact-finding mission, we were able to talk to miss Angela about Lily." Richelle says as her and Kenzie come up to us.
"Miss Angela doesn't even have a team, she's been banned to compete at absolute dance this whole season. If she were to tank the next step she's gonna tank Lily too." Richelle explains.
"Lily's legit guys." Kenzie says.

Ozzy came up with a plan to make Lily stay. Hopefully she does. Ozzy waves the team into studio A to show Lily that we're really sorry and we want to give her a second chance.
The next step has always been about believing in people and we believe in Lily.
Ozzy and Lily then show us their duet. Sometimes the biggest regards come from taking the biggest risks and Lily could be our key to winning nationals.
We now have our ten dancers and I can not wait to get started.
