Episode 12: Lights, Camera, Action!

We started off this year excited to go to nationals, but Nick threw us a curveball and gave us a bigger opportunity. we've never faced something this big before. This show determines the best of the best.

It wasn't just Henry, Summer had a problem with landing, it was all of us.

But not all things were that bad, there was still Ozzy and I and we're stronger then ever.

As dancemania auditions approached, Summer's choreo could've been better, so Richelle stepped in to spice things up.

The team slightly fell apart. Summer was devasted that we chose Richelle's choreo and what she chose to do next what something we never saw coming. Summer chose to audition as a soloist, but it backfired when we made it, and Summer didn't.

Our excitement was short lived when we learned that we couldn't do dancemania and nationals. if we chose dancemania that means Summer would be cut from the team. Even after everything, we couldn't cut a team member. But Summer chose for us.

"ok guys some producers from dancemania are going to come and shoot some behind the scenes footage. Its exciting times, I know but I need you on your best behavior." Nick tells everyone. I'm pretty sure, its clear to everyone that Nick is very nervous for today. 

"Hey how's everyone doing? My name is Sean I'm from dancemnia. This is the kind of show that can change your life. I just wanna see what makes the next step special, just be natural, be yourselves, but be an exciting version of yourselves." Dancemania just got real.

After Sean spoke about what he wanted to see from us, he placed us in groups for a mini dance challenge.

I'm in the next steep with Kingston just talking to Sean and Mitch about the juices they have when we see Ozzy and Heath walk in.

"Fancy bumping into you guys here" Heath says to us as he walks over. I know exactly what he is doing, Kingston and I got here first, this is isn't fair. As the boys start talking, Kingston and I realized it's better to stay out of this one as they start to argue, on camera. We look at each other and decide to say goodbye to Sean and Mitch before heading back to the studio to rehearse.

"Ok guys, so Sean said the theme of this dance is, love." Amy tell us. I got put in a group with Amy, Kingston, Henry, Heath and Ozzy. I really hope this works out.

"How about we do a dance where we all fall for Amy and Harper and they have to pick who they likes.

"Ok well I'm falling for Harper I'm just saying it now, ill leave Amy to you guys." Ozzy says winking at me while the group looks at me awkwardly. 

"Ozzy, stop. Just go with it." I tell him as Heath and him start to argue about being an actor and impressing Sean.

"And what love have you experienced right now?" Ozzy asks Heath. 

"One right now. Working on my career, how about you?" he replies. The group all looks at me once the words come out of his mouth.

"Dude did you really just asks that?" Ozzy asks.

"I totally forgot you had a girlfriend. It's insane that someone like Harper could ever go for someone like you." Heath tells him confusedly, like its the most unexpected thing that could ever happen. 

"Ok you know what-" Ozzy starts getting defensive.

"Ok guys can we please just get to work already?" I say annoyingly interrupting the boys and grabbing Ozzy's arm so he doesn't go any further. Heath rolls his eyes while Ozzy scratches the back of his head softly and the group finally starts to work on the dance.

"And the time for working is done. Stop. Tt is now time to show me what you guys have been working on. We're gonna start with the love group in the back." Our group finished just in time for Sean to see the dance. I'm super excited.

"We conquered love. Lets move onto betrayal." Sean says as we finish our dance. You can tell there is some tension between Piper and Finn, maybe the pressure of Dancemania is getting to them, I just hope Sean can't see it. "Well, that was fantastic, I thought you would crack under the pressure but you didn't at all. The audience is gonna love you." Sean tells us with a calp of his hands. 

After we wrapped up rehearsals, Lily and I headed to the cubby's to grab our stuff. Ozzy and Kingston walk over and grab their stuff, Kingston says goodbye to Lily and Ozzy comes over and pecks me on the lips before walking out with Kingston. Lily and I grab our stuff and head out together shortly after them as she was staying at mine for the night.
