Back at the Nirvana incident, Cobra always got this feeling in his stomach when he looked at the busty blonde from fairy fail.

Sure, it was their goal to get to Nirvana and kill everything that comes in their way, but he didn't want her to get hurt, he nearly wanted to shout at Angel when she said she fought the celestial Mage but his heart eased when he found out Lucy had won.

After Nirvana he promised that he would go to jail, do his time, repent for his sins.All so he could have a chance with Lucy Heartfilia of Fairy tail.

A couple of months into his sentence he overheard two guards talking, Doranbolt and Lahar.

"It's not your fault Doranbolt, they refused to go with you, they basically killed themselves by staying" Lahar said while opening Cobras cell to give him his share of food for the day.

"I know but there were children on Tenro Island, rare and powerful mages.I-I just can't believe they're gone, and Wendy..."

Cobra was quiet, interested in who had died.He couldn't read Doranbolt or Lahars thoughts because of his cell.He wanted to hear about what happened because he had mentioned Wendy, a fairy tail mage.All he wanted to know was is Lucy was okay.

"What are you two pissants talking about?" Cobra said to the two, now furious council members.Lahar smirked and put the food beside Cobra, a sad expression stained on his face.

"Yesterday, members of fairy tail got obliterated, killed, by Acnologia"Doranbolt said, tears forming in his eyes.This peaked Cobras attention, he knows about Acnologia, what that dragon is capable of, Brain had told him all about the destruction dragon.

Cobras eyes widened, what if Lucy was on that island."tell me who died" Cobra commanded, getting impatient.Lahar chuckled and bent down to his height, because Cobra was sitting.

"Why should we tell you?, Weren't you trying to kill them all a couple of months ago?"Lahar sneered making Cobra growl at the council member.

"Please...please tell me" Cobra whispered.He didn't want Lucy to be dead, the only reason he hasn't escaped jail yet was because he wanted to be a good guy when he next seen Lucy, and maybe she would give him a chance.

There has only been two people that had crept their way into Cobras heart , one was his beloved snake, Cubellios, he had lost her, his only friend.He didn't want to lose Lucy as well!

"Fine, I will tell you" Doranbolt sighed and leaned against his cell wall.

"Makarov dreyar, Laxus dreyar, freed Justine, evergreen, Bixlow, Wendy, Lisanna, Lucy, Elfman, Natsu, Gray, Erza, the exceeds, Cana alberona, Guildarts Clive, Gajeel redfox, Juvia Locksar, Mira Strauss, and lastly Levy Mcgarden" Doranbolt listed before walking out of his cell with Lahar behind.

Cobra didn't listen to a word Doranbolt said after he had said Lucy's name, what had she done to deserve to die like that? She was kindhearted, she cared about her spirits, she was nice, beautiful and strong.Those were the reasons Cobra had fell for her.

Cobra looked down at the full plate of food beside him, but before he knew it he threw his food against the wall and looked out the small, barred cell window.

Lucy had to be alive, he can almost still hear that beautiful voice of hers.Cobra looked up at the stars and the birds flying free in the sky.

'When I get out of hear I am going to find you Lucy, dead or alive.And I'm not going to let you go.I am going to mark you and make you mine.please please be alive'

His heart had officially broken, it was already broken to begin with but he had hope that his heart would be fixed when he saw her again, her golden locks, big brown eyes, that body that would make any man drool, her smile.
