Natsu sighed at the sight in front of him, Lucy was feeding her new cat this expensive chicken that she bought in the market the other day.

"Lucy you don't need to pamper the cat like a prince" Natsu whined, sad that he wasn't the one eating the chicken.

Natsu looked at the cat sitting on Lucy's legs, eating the chicken.Natsu was surprise when he thought the cat glared at him.

Laxus was sitting on Lucy's lap eating the piece of heavenly food they call chicken.Laxus had already been here two days and he has been taking advantage of it.

So far every time he went to bed, he slept on Lucy's stomach and always demanded cuddles and catnip.He loved cuddling with the blonde celestial wizard, he just wished he could do it as a human though.

He wanted to wrap his arms around her and whisper her sweet nothings but he couldn't, licking her on her face didn't really count.

And also to take advantage of the situation he watched her dress and undress, he didn't care if he was a pervert, she just thought he was a cat.

"I can't help papering him like a little king, he is just so adorable" she said while scratching him behind the ears.this made Laxus purr and he glanced over at Natsu, sticking his tongue out at him.

Natsu's eyes widened and Natsu realised that this wasn't an ordinary cat, this cat had brains.A smart brain too.

"Wait one second Laxus, in going to run us a bath" Lucy said taking the cat and placing him on the floor.Lucy slipped into the bathroom humming a tune and she closed the bathroom door.

The second Lucy closed the door Natsu picked up the cat by the skin on the back of its neck, Natsu glared at the cat and Laxus started back.

Over the past 6 months Laxus has been a cat, Natsu was one of the people he didn't miss.

"Look here you little shit, I know that your no ordinary cat.Your probably a pervert spying on girls, well I won't allow it.Get out of this house and never return or I'll burn you to a crisp" Natsu spat out.

Laxus replied by presenting his claws and swiping it across his face.This made Natsu hiss and drop him.

"Stupid feline" he mumbled before going over to the bathroom and knocking on the door.

"Ne Lucy? I'm going to go back to the guild" he said.

After he heard a shout of approval, Natsu glared at Laxus and Laxus happily glared back before strutting over to the bathroom.

Natsu left mumbling lists of curse words under his breath but Laxus could hear him perfectly.

After Natsu left, Lucy opened the bathroom door and she only stood in a towel that was a bit too short for her.

Basically Laxus could see everything.

But hey! He wasn't protesting.

Laxus probably had a blush under his golden fur but he was lucky she didn't see it.

Lucy smiled down at him an kneeled down so she was on his level, but this made her towel go up even more.

Laxus, having respect for women, turned his head so he wasn't looking directly at her.

Lucy put out one hand and scooped him up making him mewl.

"I'm going to get you squeaky clean" she said with a smile on her face.To be grateful, Laxus climbed up and gave her chin a lick, this made her giggle and she walked over towards the bathroom and closed the door.

She placed Laxus at the side of the bathtub, on the little ledge. Laxus had turned his head to the left when he had taken off her towel and only looked back when he was sure she was underwater.

"Come in Laxus the water is fine~" she sand sighing at the end.This was Laxus' que to jump into the water.

The water was the perfect temperate, it smelled like candy floss and vanilla.

Laxus sat on Lucy's lap with a smile, he hasn't had a bath in six months, the only way to get clean was by the rain.

Laxus was a bit disappointed when he saw that the bubbles covered up most of Lucy's body.

"Come on let's get you clean"

After Lucy shampooed the small cat, dried him, washed herself an dried herself, both organisms were sitting on Lucy' s couch, he was talking about all of her adventures an the guild.

"Sorry, you probably don't  even understand me" Lucy mumbled, running her fingers through her hair.

"I can, I can understand you" Laxus said back but it came out as: "mew mew, meow meow meow mew"

Lucy laughed and stroked Laxus' back making him purr. "I'll take that as a 'you can' understand me" she said.

Laxus chirped happily as she started playing with his tail.

He wished to be human so badly. he missed the guild, he hated the way he didn't confess his feelings to Lucy, and as for punishment he is staying in the same house as her, but he can't talk.

Lucy stretched her arms and yawned making Laxus copy her.

"Come on Laxus lets go to bed" she whispered. She scooped him up into a sweet embrace and walked towards the direction of the bedroom.

She closed the door softly and placed Laxus on her bed, Lucy didn't immediately go to bed, she sat at her desk and wrote a letter to her mom.

'Dear mom

Sorry I haven't wrote to you any sooner, I have been busy with my new companion.

I rescued a cat the other day, I named him Laxus because he has golden fur and a lightning scar going across his eye.

It still makes me sad that Laxus disappeared, I do hope he is alive. Then I can finally tell my feelings for him.

Well mom that's all the news I have for today,Ill write to you tomorrow.

Lucy'

Laxus, being the curious cat he had become, was looking over her shoulder as he wrote.He was sad that she missed him, but he was here, on she shoulder, but she didn't know.

He looked at her face when he heard a sniffling nose and a muffled cry.

Lucy had tears streaming down her face and she looked up at Laxus.

"I can't help but cry" she said between sniffles.She then gave Laxus a weak smile and grabbed a piece of paper that was on her desk and put in front of his face.

On the paper was a familiar face, and a very high reward.

MISSING

Laxus dreyar has been missing from the 19th of December.He is a very strong Mage who went on an s class job and now became missing.

If anyone finds him the reward will be substantially high.

If he is found please return him to his family in fairy tail.

The reward is 9,000,000 jewl.

Laxus started at the poster with a. Shocked expression plastered on his face.

" A few months ago we put them posted up every where, at people's guilds, in towns and villages but no one had any luck" she said.

Lucy put the poster back down and she walked over towards the bed with Laxus.

Lucy was the first one to lay down and Laxus strode up to her an snuggled under the covers.

Lucy place the cost up to her head and wrapped her arms around the small furry ball of warmth and held it closed against her chest.

She felt smooth vibrations of a pure from the cat.

Lucy felt her eyes drifting shut.
