After the news of The Reaper some hero's took heed of what they said and most of them came looking for this Reaper so they can prove that this Reaper isn't so tuff but as they did they got a taste of what he was really about as a chopper was over head as they saw what The Reaper did to them.
Reaper/Izuku: *looks at the chopper* so these are your hero's huh they are weak give me your strongest hero's in Japan.
After he made that announcement the hero that he have by the throat literally snapped it as most people are scared that a random hero died in the Reapers hand back at Ua hero's and students there looked in horror of how The Reaper is on action well almost all of them while a certain dumbass wanted to go fight him since he thinks that he's just pretending to be a villain.
Bakugo:(he thinks he can rule over us I'll go show him who's the real fucking king of this country)
As Katsuki marches off everyone looked to see who left and they all see Katsuki leaving and they tried to stop him.

As the hero's twitch at first but they finally just let it go knowing that he just dogged his own grave.

As he got quiet as Inko left to make the call to Mitsuki about Katsuki dying to The Reaper. As Katsuki was way gone to look for the Reaper so he can "decimate" him into nothingness as he heard a villain cry out for help he ran towards it and saw the Reaper.
Katsuki: there you are you damn extra prepare to die
As he launches himself towards him he ends up falling to the floor hurting himself as The Reaper took away his quirk and made a drill out of his hand and stab the villain in his heart and now he walks over to his next prey.
