After Izuku and Ochako dated she dumped him but to her knowledge when she wanted to date him again she saw that he's dating Momo who is 3 months pregnant due to their 8 moth anniversary which they are fiancés. Everyone in class 3A knows about it even Shoto and Katsuki (fem) and she doesn't love the fact that he's engaged with her and not herself.

The life of an Midoriya
As Izuku having a loving wife and children he has a good life as most girls like him there's one person he doesn't like which was Ochako due to her wanting money. As she confessed to how she feels about him he rejected her making some of the girls angry that he did it and he came out with having a wife and kids who actually came to him since they wanted to introduce themselves making some of the girls who like him sad but doesn't know that she was willing to share him with them as saw who the girl Izuku doesn't like was there angry who was trying to slap him as she caught her making her pissed.

After Katsuki pushed Izuku off of the edge in front of everyone. After being sentenced to prison for murder Izuku came back to life and terrorized everyone who was either a villain or a fake hero and one day he ran into his new found love that can maintain him. Luckily he can still do his own thing but he starts coming back to his senses as his family tries to have him back as he doesn't pay attention to them at all.

As Izuku had a great life until one day his friend turned on him by dating his harem. Everyone except Momo were caught having sex as they all smiled at him with evil content as Izuku now hates them. As he left he got caught by one of his girlfriend which is Momo who is obsessed with him. He asked her why she didn't cheat as he realized that she wasn't there she told him that she is too loyal to cheat on him as she confessed that she was kinda obsessed with him as he asked her out ti begin with as to why he now knows that he only has her.
