GRAMP's POV

I left Taya to speak with Pippy and Blade, not needing to know what she was going to tell them. I already knew what she needed to be done. I make my way down stairs and see that Killian is speaking with Sage and Storm about what they just saw happen.

Storm sees me headed their way and speaks first, " How bad is it?"

Killian turns to look at me as I answer, " Chaos spoke with the Heir and made a deal that will be honored."

Storm growls, " What deal?"

I sigh, " She is turning herself over."

Sage screams, " Dad what are you saying?"

I sigh, " She is handing over herself for Jareth."

Sage jumps out of her bar stool screaming louder, " No the fuck she isn't! She is doing no such thing."

I raise my hand to quiet her down, " She can and she will."

Sage stood even straighter, " NO I Forbid it!!"

I bust out laughing, " You forbid it? She is not a child anymore. She is a grown woman. She is the Lady Chaos. Her word is basically law in our world. You can try to stop her all you want but it won't work. I have tried numerous times to stop her from doing something and it has come back to bite me in the ass. But by all means go barge in her room and tell her she is grounded."

Killian looks at me," What does she need from us?"

I nod, "You and Goofy are to escort Taya to the Cemetery for the exchange at midnight. No one else just you three. There is one other thing she needs but I am sure Blade is attempting to talk her out of."

Sage asks, " What?"

I give a dry dull look to Killian and Storm. Killian slams his hand down and Storm just shakes his head. Sage looks at all of us, " What is with the looks and hand slamming? What does she need done?"

Movement behind me catches my attention causing me turn and see that it is Pippy. She gives me a weak smile and answers Sage's question, " She needs them to rough her to make it look like Lady Chaos had to use force."

Sage gasps, " Why?"

Storm answers, " So that she looks weak in their eyes."

Sage just shakes her head, " This is not happening. I am taking Taya and we are going back home. Screw the Underground or Underworld, whatever the hell yall fuckers call it. I am taking Taya far from here."

Pippy walks to Sage and states in a deadly tine, " From what I know you turned your back on this world long ago when you took Taya in. I will always think fondly of you for that BUT you will keep your mouth shut right now. Taya has been in the life for longer than you know and has earned her title. You think you can take her from this life? Fuck you think you can get her to turn her back on her son? If you truly think that then your stupid as fuck."

Pippy turns to Killian, " My Lady will need at least three hours with your VP before he and Goofy do what need to be done. I assume Gramps told you of your part?"

Killian gives a nod, " Yeah he did."

Pippy continues, " No weapons are allowed. No other men, just you and Goofy. Once the exchange has been made we will return here and I will need you to enforce a lock down."

Storm speaks, " Why a lockdown?"

I step closer to Pippy to comfort her, " Lady Chaos will be indisposed so there has to be a change in power. I am guessing she handed the reigns over to you till she comes back?"

Pippy bites her lip and whimpers, " She did hand me the reigns and told me to keep Jareth safe. Gramps, she is acting like she ain't coming back."

I close my eyes and fight back tears. She has to come back. I know she will. She has gone through much not to come back. She finally has her father and brother.

I will make sure she comes back no matter what.
