Sure Harry can change,he never called ppole names,but Draco,calls Ron Ron,not Weasel or Weasel King,and Ginny,not Weselette or She-Weasley.
Come on,it's Draco Malfoy we're talking about!
And one more thing,Hogwarts has no Jim,so why give the bloke muscels and stuff?Just sayin',There's no Jim y'all!
