Chapter 23

I woke up in the morning and went down stairs and I was tired. Skylynn and my mom were already up. For the first time in like 6 months we are going to our dads. I like really miss him.

I grabbed my yogurt with oreo bits in it. My mom turned around from cooking Skylynn's breakfast and said," what was going on upstairs last night."

I knew exactly what she was talking about. I said nothing and walked away because I was done eating. I think my mom was so confused she just wanted to know but I swore I wouldn't say anything.

I walked to my room and Nash was in my room talking to Hayes. I stood in the door way sort of as they were talking but so they couldn't see me. I listened as Nash said," Hayes you can't tell anyone. It is a secret. I would be killed by mom and dad if they found out. I might never be able to see her if they found out."

Hayes was just sitting there listening and then said," Nash I won't say anything."

I then walked in and said," whatch ya'll talking about?"

Nash said," nothing" and walked away. I looked at Hayes and said that was weird." Hayes looks at me and says," your weird." I then looked at him and said," If I am so weird why are you still in my room get out."

I took his hand and pushed him out of my room. I got dressed and did my makeup. I heard a knock on my door and said," come in."

I thought it would be like my mom or someone but it was actually Angie. She looked at me and said," Can we talk?"

I said," yeah sure" and I sat down on my bed.

s- oh um yeah

a-yeah. Mash and I weren't doing anything but making out

s-oh really

a-yeah. Nash and I just don't want your parents to know.

s-why?

a-because they think Nash and I do nothing but kiss and hold hands and stuff and that is all I want them to think. I don't want them to think Nash and I are bad kids.

s-oh okay. I won't say anything. I promise.

a-okay thanks so much

Angie walked out of my room and I turned my tv on and texted Shawn. I couldn't find anything on tv so I was praying he wasn't busy and he would text back.

Shawn texted me back a few minutes later and we just talked. Today I really just didn't want to do much. I was feeling lazy. Then I got a group text and it was from Nash and he said he wanted to do something today.

After a little later we all decided on the beach. I put on my matching bikini with Angie. They are teal and black. They are like a tie over the shoulders and the top is fringe that fades from teal and black. The bottoms are black with a teal band around the top of them.

We all rode in one car and it was fun. We blasted the music and just sang. It was great.

When we got there and Angie and I threw the frisbee. Nash and Shawn were throwing the football and Hayes and Jordan were in the water.

We later went in the water and just hung out. Shawn and I fell alseep on the blanket tanning for a while. I woke up with his arms around my waist. Then he felt me move and woke up.

We then ate and headed to my dads house. Skylynn never really comes with us but she does have a room. It is Will's old room. We all watched movies together. Nash ended up bringing Jordan home and then continued watching movies with us. We then all fell asleep on the couch. Our mom doesn't really care when we do that but our dad doesn't really like it.

I woke up in the morning with Shawn in my bed room. I think Shawn woke up and Nash did too because Angie was in Nash's room. I think that they picked us up and brought us in the bedroom. I swear they are such good boyfriends.

I went downstairs and my dad was already up. Like normally. He is normally up everyday at like 8 or 9. He already had breakfast made because it was 10. He made pancakes eggs and bacon.

Nash was the next up and then Shawn and Angie came down stairs together.

We all ate and tried to figure out what we were going to do.
