It was a warm day, and you were out and about. You were sitting outside, where you thought no one could bother you. You really just wanted a break from the real world. (me tho)

You were sitting underneath the beautiful tree behind yourself, scarred from wars long ago, before your house was even standing. You couldn't help but feel like and insignificant speck in that tree's life. You also couldn't help but wonder what it would be like if you could live that long.

You got a text on your phone, which you thought you had turned off, and you noticed a message from one of your teammates.

Friend 1: Hey, wanted to know if we could get together and strategize for the next time we get together for battle?

You groaned and replied.

You: We do that all the time, don't we?

You waited impatiently like one of those people at a Drive-thru who would never even let you finish your order. Finally, your friend replied.

Friend 1: Plz Y/n?

Friend 2: Pretty please with salmon eggs on top?

You sighed

You: Fine, but you owe me some Crust Bucket.

You huffed as you got up as you got up and stretched. Dang, how come this always happened? You frowned as you walked up to your apartment and grabbed your f/w. Hastily, you headed out for the Deca Tower. That Crust Bucket better be good. You thought.

As you walked across the Square, you decided to take a look at the shops, when you saw someone familiar talking to some other inklings. You instantly recognized him when he turned around. Ugh. You thought as he frowned at the others sitting at the table next to him. 

Army, the biggest control freak in the world, was always on your nerve. The reason was because he made you feel weird on the inside, something you didn't like. You also didn't understand why he always pushed others so hard. You had tried giving up on perfection, and yet sometimes you wished you could be as perfect as him. Which got on your nerve even more.

You saw two of your teammates next to the Deca Tower and realized they had been there all along. Huh. You thought, before shrugging it off and racing towards them. Hopefully, a few battles would get rid of the stupid buzzing in your head. 

When your third teammate arrived, you and your team started a turf war, and you ended up at Blackbelly Skatepark. But just as the match was about to begin, you realized something. The team you were going against was familiar...

  Oh, carp. You thought. It just so happened you were going against team Orange. You scowled. I'm going to destroy them!

Your grim expression turned into an eerie grin as the thought satisfying thought of winning entered your head. When you were finally released from your checkpoint, you quickly inked a path, and took a vantage point far away from the center. Most of their weapons had moderate range, and could easily get you if you put yourself out in the open.
