Some Dreams Don't Matter

Part 15

~Saidy's P.O.V~

Well, it's time. Nicole is off to America. I can't believe I won't see her for 4 years.

"Gate 107. That's me, guys." She said, standing up from her seat and picked up her suitcase. She stopped and started crying.

"I'm going to miss you. All 3 of you so so much. Life is boring without 3 dorks like you" she wiped her eyes and got a group hug.

"Promise! This time of year in 4 years time we will meet again and have more of an amazing time than we do now. All fists in?" I said, putting my fist in the middle. We all joined our fists. This means that our fistsquare is complete and that we have power whenever we are together. We have done this ever since year 7, but now the square will be broken.

"Let's not say 'goodbye'." Jacob said, hugging her. "Let's just say... see you later."

"I'll see you later, Jacob" they kissed and hugged for the last time.

Nicole started walking to the gate. She stopped. "I can't do this!" She shouted. She ran back to us, crying so much. She hugged us all.

"No no, Nicole. You HAVE to. You'll regret it if you don't and you'll carry it for the rest of your life. I want you to walk through those airplane doors and arrive I there in America and have a jolly good time. I will always be just a Skype call away. I love you (the friend way)" Tom said. She let go and agreed with him, still crying and crying and crying.

This time, she walked through the gates and that was the last time I would see her in 4 years. I cried into Tom's shoulder and Jacob spoke in a deep sad voice. He said that he promised himself not to cry, and he's doing well, if I'm honest.

"Come on." He said. "Let's go home."

~A Couple Days Later~

So this time Jacob is the one moving away. I'm going to miss him, but I'm not going to miss him as much as Nicole and Tom, but I still love him (the friend way) and I'll still miss him a lot.

"Well 3 days ago it was Nicole. Now it's you. I'll miss you, brother from another mother." I hugged him and gave him one last fist punch. The last one for 4 years.

He moved on to Tom.

"Listen, bro, don't ever lose contact from Australia, okay? Keep intouch with me if anything good OR bad happens. Okay?"

"Okay" they did their little "man thing" and he picked up his suitcase. He walked to the gate and waved to us. I seen him disappear into the plane.

"Now it's just us two. And I'm leaving in 7 days." I said.

I wonder what's going to happen after the 4 years...

[After 4 years of university work, Skype calls and making new friends, it was the big day. They all came home. Tom was already there because he managed to get into a university in England.]

"NICOLE!" I shouted I wheeled my suitcase rapidly towards Nicole. She was the first one I seen. Wow. She's changed so much! Her face looks quite different. Her eyes are still as blue though.

"I've missed you so much." she grabbed onto me tightly.

"How was your 22nd birthday?" I asked.

"The best! How about yours?"

"Just a boring college day, studying. And then a small get together in my dorm at night. have you seen Tom and Jacob yet?"

"Did someone say my name?" I turned and seen Tom stood there. His suitcase behind him.
