"alright carl. you know that payphone that's outside the kash and grab?" lip asks
"yeah" carl answers
"get on your bike go to the payphone and call the police. tell them that you saw a little boy walking down southport avenue at 2:45. okay?" he explains
"why should i?" carl retorts
"this kid is so difficult" molly mutters
"you wanna be in a children's home until your 18?" ian asks him
carl actually considers it "group home on union has a climbing wall" he smirks
"carl" fiona says sternly
"ugh, i don't have a bike" carl points out
"wire cutter's in the junk drawer" ian says
"steve, fiona, you guys have to get debs and gabs to take that kid back," lip says
"i don't know that i can make that happen" fiona sighs
"you have to or we're all fucked" lip replies
"okay" fiona nods
"debbie and gabby are young all you gotta do is wear them down a little or promise them something in return" molly suggests
"oh i can promise them that I'll help them make the pie" fiona says as she heads upstairs "thanks molly!"
"of course!" molly replies
"veronica, go to the cleaners, ask mrs. bergdoll to use the phone in the back" lip instructs
"that woman's a cold bitch" veronica states "I've got something for that. don't worry bout it" he says
lip and molly ended up going to connies pizza place to "call the police" when in reality they were just breaking the pay phone for gabby and debbies cover story.
"kev what time do you go into work today" lip asks him once they get back to the house
"i go in a 6" he answers
"yeah you're going in early. go in tell them you saw a little boy in a superman costume walking down grand avenue" lip explains
after everyone went their separate ways molly and lip were hanging out in the kitchen. he was studying while she was having a snack break.
"you think this plan will work?" molly asks him
"hopefully. i don't wanna be in another stupid family again" lip remarks
"you last family was hilarious by the way" molly comments laughing
