Chapter 11

(Alex's POV)

Things have been doing alright in my part. I was offered a tryout match at GLW but I had to fight against a giant monster called Bane Trowman in a steel cage match and when I say I got destroyed, That's an understatement. I felt like I got ran over by a big breaded truck but luckily I did well to get the shot and started my career in their development brand, "Underground". I won championships, been on great four to five star matches, and fought against hard hitting opponents. 

However, I decided to leave GLW due to disagreement, you see there was an elder man running the company and it was clear that he was out of touch, even putting my best friend; Lee who was without a doubt a future champion cause of being "overweight" and "Anger issue", I couldn't let that slide so I left in my terms and told him to check himself. 

I'm taking it easy for the time being as I currently walked out from the store for some food for later. As I walked to where I parked my car, What I saw left me speechless and almost made me drop my bags.

Amber and Alex stared at each other, looking at one another without speaking a word. Just the other day Amber had asked Alex for forgiveness... Alex wasn't even mad at her as he had heard that it was her mother who caused them to separate the way they did. Amber knew that the game of silence must not continue as she broke the silence with words. 

"Hey Alex, How are you doing on this amazing day?" Amber said as she looks at him with a smile. Alex knew it would ruin the mood if he said nothing, So he decided to join in. 

"I'm doing well, How about you?" Alex said as Amber looks on to him. "Good, I've haven't seen you in a while." Amber said. It was good for Alex to hear that Amber was doing well as he thinks on what Amber was doing out here, maybe to get the food for herself. Amber speaks out to Alex to interrupt his train of thought. 

"Alex, can we head to your car?... There's something I wanted to tell you but with us two alone." Amber said as Alex was surprised of her request. Alex looks on at Amber, thinking what could be urgent for them to speak with no one looking, Could it been that she was in danger, was someone following her? Alex nodded his head to Amber's offer and leads her to his van. 

"Nice van" Amber said with a smile as the van looked like it could carry a family in there and suited best for traveling and camping. "Thanks" Alex answered back to her as he opens the back door for Amber as they enter inside. Alex stands in front of Amber as he was ready to listen and prepare to handle whatever Amber throws at him. 

"Alex... I miss us" Amber said as she avert her gaze at him as Alex's eyes widen from her response as Amber looks at her with her timid look with her face lighten up, "Alex... Can we get back together?". 

Alex stood still, looking at Amber. Amber had spoken of getting back together as Alex felt his heart pumping fast like his heart does every time they were close to each other. Alex shakes as he tries to utter his words out straight. 

"I- I missed you too, Amber" Alex said as Amber looks on at him. Everything was quiet and still again as Amber looks at Alex again, "Can we get back together?". Alex was seeing this, he thought this was a dream but it was all too real for it to be a dream, Alex wanted to say what his heart wants but one thing kept him from getting too excited and it was the person that cause them to split up in the first place. 

"I thought your mother doesn't want us to be together..." Alex knew what he said was risky but Amber already had something to counter it. "She doesn't have to know, I love you" Amber said. Amber was really determined to get Alex back... Alex just hope that Amber doesn't become a yandere just like Jessica.... Although Alex heard a Yandere girlfriends are kinda exciting... When they not trying to kill people to make sure you always be yours. Alex took a step closer to Amber, Getting closer to her body, Leaning down to her eyesight and giving her something he wanted to give for a long time... 

Alex kissed Amber on the lips as she smiles, kissing Alex back. Alex then ask Amber something he wanted to know for a while. "What made you have feelings for me?" Alex said to Amber as she already had the answer that question.

"Of course, Since the day we met." Amber said as she went silent to not say anymore, Alex could tell Amber would get embarrassed if she goes further so he rubs her cheek to get her to speak on it more. "Yea... Go on?" Alex said as Amber looks at him with a pout as she then found the words she needed. 

"I remember it like it was yesterday. When I saw you, I didn't like you cause of your looks or money... I like you... for you." Amber said with a blush as Alex was about to respond back but her words hit his heart that made him goof off his words, "I like me....for me?...". Once Alex realized what he just said, it was too late as Amber laughs at his response. 

Yeah, Alex screw that up... but it did make him laugh and he does need a laugh, Alex laughed alongside Amber as she said something to Alex as they laugh together. "I missed your laugh" Amber said as they laugh together for a little bit before calming down and looking at each other. "So... You like me... for me?" Alex said correctly this time as Amber nodded at him, Alex smiles as he brings her in for a hug. Amber hugged back as Alex could tell that she missed him a lot due to how hard she is hugging him. 

"What else do you miss about me?" Alex said with a blush on his face as Amber looked on at him and looks at him with her eyes being a bit water. "Everything", Amber said as she sobs on Alex's chest as he hug and pet her head. By the way Amber cried, Alex figure that Amber was holding back tears ever since the day they broke up. Alex wiped the tears of Amber's cheek as she looks on with her adorable blue eyes. 

"I love you" Amber said as she holds on to Alex as Alex placed his forehead on to her. "Me too... I missed you so much"
