My Cheetah Girlfriend (Book 1)

Chapter 2

(Alex's POV)

It has been a week ever since Amber and I hugged each other for the first time and so far we're starting off as friends. Yeah, I know friends... Friend Zone. 😅

So throughout the week, I went from being alone to hanging out with Amber and Alexa. Alexa and Amber had me sit with them and we would talk and talk about... well everything. Sure... Amber and I aren't really a thing yet, But her smile is so sweet that made me think it's better to start slow and get to know her more.

There were even times where they INVITED me to their dorms for a movie night! So some nights I'm on their couch and sometimes Amber would lay her head on my leg and sleep on it while as for Alexa, She would lay her head on my shoulder. So now I have two girls, One of them I have a crush on and her friend using me as a bed and there I sit blushing very red.

How did I even survive those nights with two girls using me as a bed and with one of them cuddling my leg?! Nervousness aside, It was a Monday morning and every student was heading to 1st period Science, However, this day is gonna be a little different than any other school day, Which I didn't think was possible in this or any other school cause everything repeats itself over and over again.

As all the students including Amber, Alexa, and I took our seats as our school Principal was there next to our teacher?!? Ok, Now, I'm concerned about this day cause If He's here, It must mean something bad. Everyone took their seats and so far my mind is thinking...

Oh God, No...

All the students kept their mouths closed because like all principals, Our principal gave us a stern face at all of us to make sure we don't go out of line, And then our teacher spoke...

"Alright Class today, The principal is here today to tell you guys something. 🤗" The teacher said.

I like the science teacher because unlike SOME teachers in this school, I'm ok if she teaches all the classes or spends the entire school periods in science. My train of thought was interrupted when our principal spoke up.

"Ok now listen up everyone, We have a new student joining among us today, So be on your best behavior or so help me. 😡" The principle said as a new girl was between the principal and the teacher and she spoke to the class as the Principal left the classroom.

"Hello, My name is Jessica and I'm happy to meet you all." Jessica said as the class looks at her. She seems really nice, So maybe she could hang out with Alexa, Amber, and I.

"Well It's nice to meet you Jessica and you can sit next to Alex." The teacher said she points to the empty desk next to me

Jessica went up and sat next to Alex and the class actually began. As the science teacher tells everyone to write down in their notes of some random science, without even knowing it... Jessica was looking at Alex, her eyes were forming little hearts and she was smiling at him. Jessica has plans for Alex and she's gonna put them into action. Jessica lets her pencil drop down on the floor and is poking at Alex to get his attention as Alex look at her for poking him.

"Hey, do you think u can get my pencil to please?" Jessica ask as Alex nodded his head and reach down to grab her pencil from the floor but Jessica wasn't gonna settle with that, she then pretends to drop another pencil to the ground, But actually kept the pencil in her hand, but just lower her hand to the floor to make it seem she drop her pencil and made both of their heads touch. Alex jerked up his head and handed her pencil back to her.

"S-Sorry about that... Here..." Alex said as he rubs his  head as he handed Jessica back her pencil as she looks at him with small hearts in her pupils. "Thank you, Alex. 😊" Jessica replied. 

After that, Alex went back to take his notes but he felt something was off... Alex just doesn't know why... After a lot of classes, Its was 5° period lunch, Alex was about to join Alexa and Amber when suddenly Jessica stopped him in his tracks and spoke to him.

"Hey Alex, Can I ask you a favor? 🙂" Jessica ask as Alex respond back quickly saying, "Ummm sure, what do you need??" Alex looked at her as she still kept a smile on her face when she speaks to him.

"I'm new to the school right? 🙂" Jessica ask Alex as he looks at her after saying something he already knew. "...Yea?..." Alex replied, tilting his head.

"Well I was hoping if you would..." Jessica stops as he had both her arms behind her back and looks to the side, blushing mildly.

"Would?" Alex said as he looks over to Amber and Alexa as Jessica finishes up her question with a blush on her face. 

"Maybe... Show me around the place... and tell me where is which?" Jessica said as she looks at Alex as he looked over to Amber and Alexa, It hurts him that he have to do this... But he didn't want to be rude. 

"Just... Give me a minute..." Alex replied as he walks pass Jessica. "Ok" Jessica replied back with a blush on her face as Alex walked over to Amber and Alexa and told them about him having to help Jessica explore the school.

"Okay, Alex." Alexa remarks with Amber shortly responding back after, saying "Be careful." Alex nods to Amber's gesture. his heart skip a beat hearing Amber telling him that as Alex walk to Jessica and show her around the school... Amber, while still smiling, is hiding a build of jealousy.

"You better stay in your lane and away from Alex... I'll make sure of it." Amber said to her head as she stands next to Alexa.
