My Mate Cheated On Me: chapter 1

I went to work and had been released early. My boyfriend was the alpha of our pack so if anything where to happen he had to stay home to be able to handle a crisis; alpha stuff ya know. I'm fine with him staying home because I know he has so much responsibility so I love Alec and respect him. I walked inside thinking he'd be in his office or at least in the kitchen but didn't hear anything. He must be out. As soon as that thought crosses my mind I hear a bang as if something hit the floor. I tip-toed upstairs wondering what was going on and didn't want to tip off a burglar but by all means I could take them on. Another sound came from the bedroom and the closet I got the more noises I heard. I could already tell what was going on. I peaked through the crack seeing Alec and a she-wolf I'd seen hanging around named Emily. I backed away from the door without a sound. I quickly left the house before walking off to my parents who lived a forty minute walk away. My wolf was in my head furious telling me to go back and kill him and make her suffer. I simply told her to shut up and let me think. She obliged without a remark and I felt the link go silent.
I suddenly had a huge feeling of regret ever finding him. I kept thinking about the stories elders in the pack told me was about finding your mate and how what you feel so does your other half. That when you find them worlds collide and sparks fly. You know they're the only one for you and would never hurt them. Clearly he hadn't been the one for me then. Without realizing it I was already in front of my parents house. I didn't see anything but my brothers truck backed in on one side. I walked to the door, finding the spare key under the doormat. As soon as the door was unlocked I put it back and walked in closing the door behind me and locking it. I let out a sigh and walked down the hall finding my brother in had room. Dean was his name and he was lost in thought listening to his music eyes closed. Deans the best brother I could ever ask for and he was two years older. He has always been there for me and I desperately needed him now. I quietly crawled on his bed and saw his eyes flash open at the weight change. He took his earphones off and opened his arms. I curled into his side letting out a shaky breath. He peeked down at me with a small smile and started rubbing my shoulder and back "what's wrong Sam?" I looked up at him and burst into tears "he cheated on me."
I felt him tense under me and his hand rubbing my back soothingly suddenly clenched into a fist. "That Alec guy?" His voice was thick with anger. I simply nodded rubbing my eyes. He let out a curse "I oughta kill him for it..." I let out a chuckle when he said that. He couldn't kill him. I wish he could though right now but he can't. He doesn't even stand a chance in a fight against him. I simply laughed rubbing my eyes again "thanks bro. You always know what to say to make me laugh. I wanna tell you a really big life changing secret that you can't tell anyone and have to take it to your death bed." He simply laughed "can't really take a "I'm not pregnant" secret to my grave" he clapped his hands as if it was the best joke in the world an I rolled my eyes "I'm waiting till marriage for all that mess" he shrugged "alright I promise to keep this life changing secret of yours. Till my death."
I stood and started pacin ringing my hands behind my back "okay so how can I put this... I um... I'm a uhhhh I'm a shifter... more specifically a wolf shifter." He started laughing "funny. Now what's the real one cause "werewolves" don't exist." I let out a huff "you stubborn bastard!" I sneered at him. How dare he say werewolf after I said shifter. He let out another laugh "woah calm down. I know your joking but oh just seem so serious. What's the real thing" I stalked towards him and took off the flannel I had on leaving me in my black pants and grey tank-top. His eyes where about to pop out of his head "why you taking your clothes off!" I then slipped my red converse off. "Stop Sam! Stop taking stuff off!" I was about to lift my tank when suddenly a banging came from the front door. I sniffed the air having turned on my senses knowing my parents wouldn't knock on they're own door. My wolf suddenly let out a growl telling me it was Alec.
Dean told me to wait there and walked down the hall and I heard him open the door. It was some hushed talking until I heard dean call my name and a slam was heard. I vaulted out of deans room slipping in my socks and saw at the end of the hall Alec standing over dean his chest rapidly moved as if he was about to turn I launched myself at him pushing him away and standing between him an a shocked dean "Sam his eyes..." Alec's eyes were feral meaning he really was on the verge of shifting. Dean got up from behind me and shifted his clothes straightening them. He put a hand on my shoulder and Alec let out a growl. I snarled at him "you have no right to get jealous especially about my brother" he shook his head "I went outside and saw your car at home. You've been gone for hours. Come on we're leaving" I scoffed "no we aren't going anywhere, you can go have fun and enjoy life with Emily." A shocked look crossed his face "you know?...." I let out snarl "I'm not stupid. I came home hours ago and you where with her. It's funny how it's taken you a couple hours to find me I bet it's cause you just kept having fun" I glared at him. "Leave Alec I never want to see you" he went to say something but dean cut him off "she said leave so I suggest you leave" Alec let out a laugh and suddenly launched at dean pushing me to the ground before I could react. He had dean against the wall "shut up you puny human. I can snap your neck with just a simple flick of my wrist. And not care as if I was stealing candy from a baby."
Once I had my bearings I launched off the floor and pulled Alec of with a growl standing in between the two again. "You can hurt me but oh will NOT hurt my family" he had a hurt look "come on we're family" I shook my head and spoke seething "no we aren't... you're nothing to me! Now leave!" "I'm sorry Sam just come home. I need you" I huffed "no you don't you have Emily now go to her. I don't love you... I don't want anything to do with you... deans the only loved one I need" suddenly in the blink of an eye I was trapped between the two. Alec growled in my ear crushing me to dean "then if I can't have it neither can anyone" I let out a growl and extended my canines biting into the first thing they could sink into. My breath became labored and my wolf was pushing begging to be let out and cause chaos. Alec jumped back with a yelp and curse his breath turning labored "dean get away from us" I heard him shuffle to the hall and stop, staring at us.
As soon as me and Alec made eye contact we went for each other shifting. I shifted first and had him under me before he shifted and scratched at my stomach his eyes on dean. I yelped and my wolf was still fighting trying to take control. I finally let her have her way since I had kept her anger bottled for so long time to let it out. She let out a deep growl and launched at Alec, digging her teeth into his scruff and pulling him away. She then released and threw her head up causing his mouth to clink shut. He put onto our ear and pulled I felt the flesh tear and let out a yelp. Suddenly I had control again and I grabbed under his throat and clamped down. I shook my head and he let out a yelp and pulled away causing his flesh to tear. Good thing my family had hardwood floor or this would be hard to explain. I shifted back my clothes had holes and blood all over them. When we come out of our shifting our clothes are still intact it's not like the stories people write. I thought so but was proved wrong. He shifted back as well blood covering his chest his shirt torn "you need to leave now Alec!" I could see the anger in his eyes "Sam..." "leave!" He simply started walking and stopped at the door "you're gonna regret this." He slammed the front door and next thing you know he slammed the front door.
Dean rushed to me and checked me over for al the wounds most where healed. All except my ear and the light scratched on my stomach but they had stopped bleeding. Dean looked at me questioningly and I nodded before shuffling to his room throwing on sweat and a shirt. I walked back to the living room with him already scrubbing at the floor where the blood was. Few hours later it was around nine at night and we had all the blood cleaned up before we saw some on the couch "oh god..." as soon as we where thinking on how to clean it when we heard our parents talking and trying to unlock the front door. Me and dean looked at each other and before any of us could think dean slammed his face on the door frame busting his nose and it gushing blood "oh my god dean!" He grabbed his face "I panicked and couldn't think of anything!" I ran and grabbed a towel from the kitchen and gave it to him just as the front door opened and my parents froze at the scene of us "we'll shoot let's get in the car shoulda known when our baby came home something was bound to happen... is that blood on the couch. Lord. Well let's go judging by the blood it's broken come on." I smiled and we all piled in the car after locking the door. I'm finally home and free.
