Betrayal

chapter 8: Xander's POV

I looked back at Sam. I hope she’s still not mad… “Sam I” her growl cut me off “not yet xander” yep she’s still mad. I shook my head and continued driving. Alex is back in her life for now. He better stay away, they should know now that Sam has declared it. If he comes close to her I think I might rip his throat out, I know if I was a human I wouldn’t feel this but me being a wolf and really loving her I feel the need that I have to keep her from him. He was looking at her and I wanted to kill him there, but I knew Sam would be hurt even if he wasn’t her mate anymore. I looked at her again. She’s mine and I know I don’t have to share her with parents or children yet. But I do with her brother dean and Alex.

We pulled up and I turned off the car and I took her hand as we opened the door. Alex was growling at me and I snarled “stop or I swear…” Sam put her hand on my chest “xander…”  I stopped and Alex walked by I looked at Sam “im going to have to show him who’s boss someday” she sighed “no you won’t because he already knows” she turned and was hugging me. “Because you have the girl of his dreams so you are the one showing him who the man is” I pouted “I was hoping to have a fight” she smiled “awww well maybe later” I kissed her and felt her smile. An awkward cough came from next to us and we looked at selena and Cody. I winked at him and he blushed. I bit my snake bite when the girl Emily walked by “whore” Sam stiffened and lunged for her but I held on tighter Cody helping. Why is she so strong! Emily yelped and ran off “xander someday im going to have to show her who’s boss” I laughed and held her tighter “maybe later babe” she relaxed in my arms.

The new additions to our pack were set up and we headed home by ourselves. Sam was sleeping against the window and I sighed smiling at her. I looked back at the road and saw the house come into view. Our Alex was sitting on the steps and I turned off the car “something wrong?” he shook his head and pointed at Sam. I made an oh face “she’s fine just tired and guess what! That other Alex guy growled at me!” he did a silent laugh and I pushed him “get to bed you have school” he stuck his tongue at me and I gasped “why you…” Sam tackled me laughing and I laughed “run Alex!” he smiled at Sam but instead jumped on me and Sam and we both gasped

 “How can a boy like him weigh so much!” she poked him and he smiled I hugged both of them “my little family” Sam is the only one who can make Alex smile…. Really smile. He hasn’t been happy since his mom died unless he’s with Sam. I swear sometimes I think she’s his sister maybe even mother. Sam and Alex jumped off me and ran inside “hide and seek!”

I was now still searching for Sam and Alex and guess what it’s one in the morning! I decided to cheat and used my nose. I sniffed the air and walked towards the place Alex’s scent was the strongest. I came to a tiny cupboard and opened it finding him asleep. I looked around and picked him up laying him on the couch in the living room. I stared at him; I don’t know how he deals…. A voice startled me “he’s going to be mad you cheated…and stared at him as he slept actually he’ll find that creepy” I turned to see Sam looking at Alex from over my shoulder. I smiled at her “wont he think you’re a creeper for staring?” Sam shook her head “no he knows I watch him sleep sometimes” she smiled and brushed some hair out of his face. She’s going to be a good mother.

I hugged her “sometimes I think you love him more than me” she shrugged “maybe I do…” I slightly growled but it wasn’t serious, she laughed “im kidding but yes I love Alex” Sam then nudged me again “come on take him to his room” I picked him up but instead took him to Sam's room. She just shook her head laughing slightly “or take him to mine” I kissed her on the cheek after I set him down “get some sleep babe” she kissed me back “night see you tomorrow then we can figure out what to do with the may I say horrible additions to are pack” I went in for another kiss but instead she closed the door in my face and said through it “I don’t think so pretty boy after all you invited my enemy behind the lines”

I sighed and walked back to my room and plopped on the bed falling asleep immediately.
