Kailor- Kai x Skylor:
This decision was made because the basic premise of this AU was 'Kai and Skylor are MK's parents' so we had to make it possible, unlike Lloyd, Kai doesn't have creation powers, neither does Skylor, though she could absorb Lloyd's power, Tommy has stated that Skylor will probably explode and as seen with Garmadon, it probably would harm her since creating a living life form isn't as easy as it looks.

Jaya-Jay x Nya:
Power couple and the closest to MK, they don't really visit as much anymore. Both of them are either ambassadors, or Nya is the only ambassador and Jay works on advancing technology subtly for the Keepers of the Amulet in order for them to properly protect the Amulet of Wind without having to rely on Shintaro. (As far as I know the Wave Amulet was destroyed not the Wind Amulet) Nya would be the ambassador of the Merlopians and Jay would be the Ambassador of the Keepers

Pixane-Pixal x Zane
Pixal and Zane are one of the few who are only seen whenever MK visits them. Pixal owns Pixal Corp formerly known as Borg Technology, and Zane is dubbed the Co-Owner despite his job as the Ninja who guards the sky.

Lloyd x Akita (Aka I do not know the name)
Lloyd and Akita did get married but Akita died of old age, Lloyd is now a widow who in fewer timelines will either have a son or not, in some timelines, Akita will gain immortal youth, but would have divorced Lloyd under personal circumstances or they divorced and she returned to the Never Realm. This ship is also a debatable because in some timelines they never got together and because I decided that Lloyd should stay single. Which is most timelines.

Canon crushes
At some point all the Ninjas did have a crush on Cole, who could blame them? Cole was not only good looking, dad material and any girl would date him, he also had a heart of gold and a body of a greek god.

Also for the purposes of this AU, yes I won't dabble on shipping the ninja with Lloyd if you're uncomfy with that, but it's ok for him to have a crush on Cole but Cole not to act on it, as I said, all of them had a crush on him AT SOME POINT. He was somewhat their bisexual awakening (All the Ninjas are bi or pan no exceptions) so Lloyd having a crush on Cole is like us having a crush on some cartoon characters despite the fact they're incredibly older. Like we were kids and they were freaking adults. I know some of you had a crush on Mavis at some point and you were freaking kids or even Kim Possible or Gwen heck, I dunno Zuko and Azula? Yeah sure, it's also fine if you have a celebrity crush and he's older than you, don't try to pursue it to hard.

But my personal view with Lloyd is that along with that aging potion, he also aged, Lloyd constantly calls himself 'I should've listened more when I was a kid' despite the fact that he has been an adult for just a few days. Not only that, but mentally he's aged. Unlike what we see when he's a child, Lloyd seems to be more calmer, more collected, more smarter in just a matter of a few days, once he just booms up and grows up, his voice isn't the same, it isn't as excited-able or higher. (Yes there's subtle differences to his voice as a kid and his voice as a teen) instead not only is it slightly lower, but it's also really soft, only gaining volume once he expresses a really strong emotion. I'm not adding his leadership skills because it seems like even as a child he was GOOD at leading an army, he might've raised a siege with the serpentine but damn did he nearly start all-out-war with them. And leading all the kids in Darkley to defeating the Ninja and change so yes, Lloyd needed time to hone those skills in leadership, I didn't add it, because I only think he became even better at being a leader AFTER Season 3 as he seems to be the only Ninja who reminds and guides the ninja to one singular goal, and most of the time, when Garmadon and Wu aren't calling the shots, it's Lloyd, so I never added his leadership skills. But to me, Lloyd didn't just GROW older he also MATURED along with it. Garmadon's influence on the Grundle was he turned back the clocks to make it younger, but the ninja used A POTION in order to make themselves older and Lloyd. As much as they kept their own maturity, the Mega Weapon didn't destroy their knowledge as ninja, it kept it with it. To me, the Mega Weapon and Potion's magic were different. Not only that the potion was concocted by Mystake, the Mega Weapon was a combination of The Golden Weapons, who were forged by the FSM, his power and Mystake's is different. So I highly doubt that the effects of the Mega Weapon is the same as the Potion. To me Lloyd Aged. That's it, he's older, he's not a kid anymore, That was my mentality even heck 5 Years Ago when I started watching this show, it was always 'Oh he is older now'

In my opinion, Lloyd aged, he aged, he's an adult. Or at the very least, a teen. Not only that, by the time the newer seasons come, he should be just as old as the Ninja. That's my opinion, that's what I believe, but for the sake of this AU, I never added any of that with Lloyd, which is why shipping him with Akita was a debate to keep him single, or make him marry her. Because of this opinion, so I decided that the AU should be flexible, some timelines with Lloyd will include him being a widow to Akita, some divorced, some that he never married her and some where they remained friends and he was single for the rest of eternity. That's one of the reasons, the other is for story-telling purposes, so yeah, I had to place this in the shipping because I didn't want those who shipped Lloyd with the ninja nor the ones that don't to get the wrong idea. Which is why I decided on the flexible route, Lloyd will remain single but also not be single. Depending on the timeline.

But in my opinion, Lloyd is an adult to me. You can keep your opinions of him as you want, this AU won't add further plot points for Lloyd's spouse, like FSM, it won't be important to the story who Wu and Garmadon's Mother was, and I will incorporate that into Lloyd, the story won't show any indication of Lloyd's spouse, just that in each timeline, you can debate what happens to Akita.

Look, this is also debatable, which is why there's not gonna be a lot of story elements in showing that they have romance with each other. They all are going to act like dads to MK, but that's it...also Pigsy's the favorite dad...sorry Kai.
