Prologue

WARNING: Mentions of blood and just a tiny bit gore.

Blood dripping, hands shaking as the man put both of his hands on top of his head.

His dead working partners bloodied bodies laying on the ground. Some were dismembered. Some of them had only their bodies with no legs and hands or head on the ground.

Just their torso's and blood splattered on the ground.

He stared horrified, not knowing what had happened after he left his office. When he had returned he found his colleagues dead bodies laying down on the floor with blood all over the ground.

The sound of footsteps echoes as the man stood there still looking down at his dead co-workers with a horrified look.

The sound of the echoing footsteps had stopped...

He turned around and saw a shadow, a figure in the dark, he couldn't clearly see the person's face since they were standing in the dark side of the room.

But he did manage to catch some blood on their face and on their clothes.

The unknown figure just stood there with just their eyes glowing in the dark.

Everything in the room was dark nothing could be seen anymore just the figures eyes glowing in the dark and all the blood on the ground.

The sound of other footsteps of people rushing to see what had happened caught the man's attention.

The door slid open. And came the light from outside the hallway.

"What happened, we heard som-" The other man stood there frozen in his place along with the other men standing behinde him.

"S-something......" Finished the man. Still frozen in his place.

"I-i d-don't know! I don't know!" Answered the man.

"I left my office and then came back, and found everybody's body covered with blood!" Explained the man.

"What if it's the kailani, A lot of cases like this has been happening and what if they are behind it?" Said one of the men standing at the doorway.

"How am I supposed to know???!! We don't even know who those Kailani are! Who in the world are they?!" Yelled the man.

"Who in the world is this Kailani! We don't even know if it's a person or a group! I got a message telling me to lay down the life of a hunter or be severely punished, when I didn't do as it said I was nearly killed, and now my co-workers are the ones who got killed! Do you even know how aggravating that is?!" Yelled the man again.

He looked back at where the unknown figure was earlier. But now they were gone.

"There was a figure standing right in the corner, right there!" Pointed the man.

"How did they look like?" Asked the other man.

"I couldn't see them clearly, but I saw they were wearing a black suit and there was blood all over their suit and face!" Answered the man.

"What about their gender?" Asked the other man still standing at the doorway.

"Don't know about their gender but it's either a middle aged man or women. Their body figure just says it." Replied the man.
