Chapter 4

Morticia is laying in bed,when she thought: "I need to stretch",so she swings her feet over the side of the bed. Gomez was down in his office,making arrangements to buy new stocks,and bonds. Morticia stood up,stretched,and went downstairs to see Gomez,she knocked on his office door.

Gomez looked up,and over to the door. "Who is it?" he asks. "It's me,my love." She answered. Gomez sighed as she was supposed to be on bed rest,but then he thought some exercise might do her good. She opened the door slowly to get his hopes up,then she came in.

He smiled. "Hmm. Aren't u supposed to be in bed?" He asks her. "Well yes,but I thought I'd come,and visit you." Tish said,then wincing in pain as her back hurt a little,she sat in a chair. Gomez "see this is why you should be in bed." "No I'm fine. It's just my back." she said "but ur spine could break." Said Gomez. "But I'm fine. It's just a pinched nerve,or something." Said tish. "We'll see." Said Gomez. As he picked up the phone. He made it seem like he was calling his lawyer Tully,but he actually called his chiropractor to come and look at his wife's back.

"What was that about?" Tish asked. Gomez "I called a chiropractor to come have a look at ur back. If it's rlly nothing he can tell." Morticia "ok. But I'm fine." Gomez just smiled not wanting to start an argument.

"I can't believe in just two months we'll be parents for the first time." Said Morticia excitedly in a weak voice. Gomez "Ik. I can't wait to see her." Morticia smiled.

Gomez "may I carry u back to bed,so u can rest til ur feeling better." "Ofc. Mi amour." Said tish. "That's French." Said Gomez as he came over,and started planting kisses on her arm,then slowly cradling her in his arms. She wrapped her arms around his neck,and he carried her back up to their room,and put her in bed,gently.
