Minhyuk stood by the bed, as he watched over both Jooheon and Changkyun's sleeping faces. Hoseok has gone away after talking to him, telling him he'll give him a few days to take it in, as the task he was trusted with wasn't in a rush anyway.

Minhyuk felt his eyes brim with tears, seeing how Changkyun moved to face Jooheon, placing his head on his chest and dropping his arm over his waist, his eyes still tightly closed. Jooheon returns his actions by snaking his arm around him protectively. Changkyun probably feels he's the safest person in the world right now. Minhyuk would know, that's how he felt in Jooheon's arms back then.

Jooheon's embrace, oh how he would trade anything and everything just to feel it once more.

Looking at them. Minhyuk can't help but wonder. When the time comes. When he meets him in the afterlife. Would Jooheon go with him or would he choose Changkyun? Would Jooheon beg the heavens for a chance to fall in love with him again in their next lives or would he wish to have Changkyun instead? Those questions will forever haunt him more than he'll ever haunt them.

Jooheon's eyes slowly open tiredly, squinting at the bright sun rays that escape past the curtains. Minhyuk quickly blinked away his tears and put up a bright face as if he could be seen by the other. His false happy face falters for a moment when he sees Jooheon look down at the man in his arms and smile. He watched as Jooheon brushed Changkyun's semi-long hair away from his face, leaning down to give him a kiss on the forehead.

Minhyuk quickly puts up a smile.

"Good Morning Honey!" He greeted loudly, knowing that he wouldn't be heard like always.

"Morning, Kitty" Jooheon says, seeing Changkyun slowly open his eyes.

"Good morning, Kyun" Minhyuk greeted the younger too. He tried hard to ignore the jealousy that thump in his heart. Reminding himself that he's dead, and Jooheon has moved on which he should be thankful and happy about.

Changkyun closed his eyes again and scooted closer to Jooheon. "Stop calling me that" he mutters almost too incoherently.

"But that's what you are" Jooheon laughs and hugs him back tighter, earning a noise of complaint from the younger claiming it was hard to breathe. But instead of complying, he gave him another reason to make breathing harder by capturing his lips. Swiftly, he turned his back, taking Changkyun with him which resulted in the boy ending up on top of him. The latter let out complaints at first, trying to get away but Jooheon kept him in his arms. In the end, he gave up and just let himself melt into the kiss.

Minhyuk managed to let out a genuine smile while watching, sincerely thinking it was quite cute.

Jooheon is always playful in the morning. Even when it was them two. There's no getting out of bed unless he has his morning kisses. He gets sulky at the breakfast table if he doesn't get them, and can only be consoled by giving a lot of kisses throughout the day.

Minhyuk wondered if Changkyun already knew this. He, himself only realized it after the fifth time he rejected Jooheon's morning kiss. Changkyun would have to learn it quickly if he doesn't like a sulky Jooheon.

"What time is it?" Changkyun asks, seemingly still tired and sleepy. He hid his face on Jooheon's neck, still on top of the older.

"I'm not sure, probably quite late," Jooheon says, wrapping his arms around Changkyun. He wasn't sure what time they slept, but he was sure they were still wide awake around 4 a.m. So it was safe to assume to woke up late because of that.

Changkyun groans at the answer, which made him chuckle.

"Why, do you have somewhere to be?"

"My friend is having a baby shower at 4 p.m. She invited me. She'll be on my ear for weeks if I don't go"
