The Reason He Left

Rainbow Dash's P.O.V

I can still remember it... The time that our nationals was attacked with a cyclone. All of us were spinning in the air, screaming for help. I was supposed to hit a flying truck in front of me. But our Co. Captain Soarin took the blow for me. His left arm and right leg was severely injured. None of us died, fortunately. But Soarin was sent to the hospital.

After 3 months, the results came in. Soarin's injury is now okay but... the doctor said that he may not be able to play soccer again. Soarin was heartbroken at that fact. The times that he was on the field.... will never happen again.

It was all my fault. Looking at this field, I can remember that he sacrificed for me. I was the reason he quit and he was the only reason I became Co. Captain. That's why I'm trying to make him go back again..

"Rainbow Dash!" Soarin called.

"Uuh... W-what?"

"Please eat your food properly."

I saw my plate. It was so... messy.

"Ohhh. Sorry."

"What were thinking about anyway?" He asked.

"I was thinking of asking you to watch me in the nationals, I have a one free ticket." I replied.

"Oh, really? Sure, I'll go."

"Yosh! I have to train hard!"

"If you don't win, I'll break up with you."

"WHAT!? No waaayyyy!!!"

"I'm just joking!"

"Don't joke like that! You, dumbass! You!-"

Soarin kissed me on the lips.

I was red as a tomato.

"You're so noisy. Everybody is looking at us."

"Jerk..." I murmured.
