PG#7: I See You

(A/N: Zechorah doesn't know anything about Fasir yet. She doesn't even know that she has a nephew.)

"Hey, dad?" The young Fasir called out. It's Fasir's birthday today. He just turned 1000.

"Yes, Fasir? Make it quick, I'm busy." Discord replied, not even bothering to look at his son.

"Uhm.. Nevermind." Fasir walked out of his dad's room and went out of the house.

"Fasir, where are you going?" Fasir's mother, Eris asked.

"I'm just going to explore a bit, mom. I'll be back by sunset."

"Be careful!"

And so Fasir travelled around the village while wearing a black cloak. He got bored and decided to enter the
Deep Black Forest.

The Deep Black Forest is said to be inhabited by a witch that held a beautiful princess captive. The princess said in the rumor had beautiful pink hair and fair white skin.

Fasir wandered into the forest looking for adventures. Then he heard a song sung by an angelic voice.

"🎵There's music in the treetops and there's music in veil...🎵"

Fasir climbed a tree nearby and spied on the lady singing the lovely song. The lady was near a cottage. So Fasir had feared that he would be caught by the other tenants of the mysterious cottage.

But the more he looked at her , the more he realized that the girl was very similar to the princess described in the rumors.

"Aleteo! Do have the Moon Flowers I asked from you?" A woman in black and white came out of the cottage.

"Yes, head enchantress. They are in basket over there."

"Have you feed and bathe Aengal yet?"

"Yes. In fact, she's taking a nap now."

"Well then, let's head back inside and eat our meal."

As soon as the women went back inside the cottage, Fasir ran to the window to spy on them more. It seems like he has taken an interest on the unknown lady.

Every single day, Fasir sneaks out of his house and spies on the girl. It has been a month now, I guess?

Like a normal day as always, Fasir is on the treetop looking at the "princess". Then, a cool wind just blew by harshly, throwing Fasir off the tree.

His fall was painful and loud. The lady noticed the noise and went to investigate it. She found Fasir lying on the ground unconcious. And brought him inside the cottage for rest.

"Ugh... Where am I?" Fasir mumbled as soon as he opened his eyes.

"You're in my house." The lady he saw earlier was right before his very eyes smiling.

"P-princess!" Fasir exclaimed in shock.

"Princess? Who? Me?" The lady then chuckled.

"I'm no Princess. What kind of princess would be in the forest?"

"Then you're not held captive by a witch?"

"Hey, hey, watch who you're calling a witch." A woman behind the lady said.

"Ahhh!!!" Fasir screamed at the sight of the 'witch'.

"What? Did I leave my mask on my face again?"

"Yes, head enchantress. Here let me take it off."

"I'm Aleteo. An enchantress apprentice of Head Enchantress Zechorah." The lady reached her hand out for a handshake.

"I'm Fasir." Fasir shook her hand.

"Tell me , Fasir. Why did you fall from the tree? Why climb it at all?" Aleteo asked.

"To be honest... I was watching you."

"Watching me? Why?"

"You're so pretty and all.." Fasir looked away blushing.

"Why thank you. But it's almost sunset you should go back home."

"Can I see you again tomorrow?"

"You can come any time you want. But for now, you should be going."

Fasir ran ou the forest and back to his house.

"Fasir! Where have you been?! You broke your promise!

"I'm sorry, mom. I just got lost."

Eris sighed.

"Come inside, I'll prepare our dinner."

Fasir entered his house and on the table he saw a box covered in a wrap and tied by a ribbon.

"What is this?"

"This is your father's gift for you. He's still upstairs planning for the attack. He wanted you to have this." Eris handed the present to Fasir.

Fasir opened the box.

Inside was a book. It was entitled, "The Princess in The Forest".

The following days, Fasir spent the time reading the book at Alteo's cottage.

"Isn't this your 15th time reading that?" Aleteo asked.

"Nope, it's the 18th."

Aleteo chuckled.

"You must like that book so much."

"Yes, it's from my dad."

"You must be lucky to have a dad."

"Why? Doesn't your dad give you presents?"

"I was abandoned by mine."

"Oh.." Fasir immediately felt sorry.

"Well it-"

"Aleteo!" Zechorah shouted.

"Y-yes, head enchantress?!"

"The twilight princess has been kidnapped. We must follow them."

"Twilight princess? You mean Cyfnos has been kidnapped?!"

"We must go now!"

"But Fasir is-"

"The princess will be in danger! Say farewell to each other for now!"

"Fasir, here take this." Aleteo removed her bracelet and gave it to Fasir.

"Take care of that for me, okay? Can you promise me that?"

"Where are you going?"

"I'll be gone for a while. Good bye, Fasir."

With the snap of Zechorah's fingers, the two disappeared, leaving Fasir all alone.

"I'll take care of it, Aleteo..." Fasir mumbled to himself while looking at the sky.

And until now Fasir is seen using the bracelet that Aleteo gave him because Aleteo never came back to the cottage.
