part 12

Aloïsia pov

I went into town again the next week hoping to find him. But I came down the stairs and saw my sister on the ground in pain. I see wings coming out of her back and I scream, "Daddy, it's Sigfríđr! She's in pain!" I grab her and pull her onto my lap and say, "I'm here. I'm here." Dad came rushing down and we go to the backyard and she spread her wings. She flew up and then came down. I hug her carefully and say, "are you okay?" She puts her hands on my face and says, "I'm fine, sis." I say, "I'm going to town. But first, I'm going to clean your back and get you a decent outfit

After

After washing my sisters back, she dried off and gave her this outfit.

Then put a hooded robe on her head so no one wouldn't notice us. This is my outfit

I put my hooded robe on too. My sister grabs my arm and walks out the front door with me.

In town

I see Asher and turned my head before he saw me. Asher came up to me and said, "trying to forget me, beautiful?" I smile and say, "Asher. This is my sister, Sigfríđr. Sigfríđr, this is the man I haven't forgotten about, Asher." She smiled and said, "nice to meet you." He smiles and says, "you too, Sigfríđr. Aloïsia, I was wondering if you wanted to go on a date sometime." I smile and said, "of course. Tonight okay?" He says, "8pm. Meet me here. See you tonight, beautiful." I slight smile as he squeezed my hand goodbye.

At home

My sister ushes me into my room and says, "time to get my dark princess into a date night outfit." I laugh, "you should see me in a crown." Dad walks in and leans by the doorframe. He says, "dark and light princesses. My dark princess needs to look good on the date." She puts me I'm this dress

I say, "daaad!" He smiles and says, "what? I didn't choose it." I laugh as I say, "I'm supposed to be dark, Sigfríđr. I'm dark queen. Queen of the dark." Dad laughs and kisses my head. "You'll always be my dark princess and wolf. Don't worry." I hug him and it's 8pm so I gotta go.

8pm (Asher's Pov)

I wait for Aloïsia and my brother says, "are you sure you want to go on a date? We could be keeping up with our battles that I constantly win." I laugh and say, "hey. I like Aloïsia. She's sweet and the cutest. If this goes well, who knows." My brother says, "are you swooning?" I look at him confused and said, "not yet." I see her approach and I say, "you look a shining star." She blushes into a light pink and sees my brother and asks, "who's this?" I laugh and say, "right. Aloïsia, this is my big brother, Styrmir. Styrmir, this is the woman I've been telling you all about, Aloïsia." My brother smiles politely and genuinely as he says, "nice to meet you. You look great. I hope you and Ashere here have a good time." She smiles as he leaves us. Once he's far gone, she asks, "does your brothers name have a meaning too?" I smile at her cuteness and said, "yes. His name means 'One who causes storms'" I see her nod and I say, "maybe Sigfríđr and syrmir could join us on a double date?"

She stops in her tracks, "truly?" I look at the ground, smiling, and I look to meet her gaze. I'd do anything for her. I say, "I'd do anything for you. So truly." She smiles and we ask each other questions, laugh, ate, danced, etc. I grab her hand by the end of the night. I say, "this is the best date I've had in a long time." She looks at me shyly and I ask, "what?" She was hesitant before saying, "this was my first actual date. I don't meet a lot of people enough to go on one." I said, "how could anyone not ask you out? Truly. How. When I first saw you at the market, I thought you were the cutest girl in the village. I thought about you after you left." She asks, "the cutest girl in the village? Do you say that to every girl?" I put her hand on my chest as I look at her, "I really don't." She doesn't pull her hand away from my chest and asks, "how many dates have you gone on?" I sigh and say,

"3 were set ups that my brother did for me. I didn't like those women. They were all the same. Obnoxious, loud, rude. Not wife material. But when I saw you, you were the first woman I picked for myself. No set ups. I looked at you and thought 'I'd better snatch her up before someone else does.' And it turns out, even our first date, I like you more than those other girls already."

She asks me, "wife material? Wanting to settle down?" I nod and she says, "I think that's a great idea. Not much men settle down. My dad married my mom because he was one of the few men who truly wanted to settle down." I ask her, "would you want to settle down?" She looks at me with a sparkle in her eye. She asked, "with you in general?" I take a moment to say, "both." She smiles as she says,

"If we went on more dates, fully knew each other, loved each other to no means then yes. I would want to settle down with you. In general, all my life I thought about marriage and a family. I never wanted to be one of those girls who wanted the chase. I want the love and the life of a happy marriage. So, yes, I'd settle down. To both, yes."

I close the space between us with my body as I lean down to kiss her still with her hand on my buff chest. She hears my heart beat faster than it has for anyone before. She took her hand off to pull me in closer. We pull apart and walk. I walk her home. She grabs a hold of my hand and I link it through my arm so she feels like royalty. We stop at the door, I nervously ask,  "see you again soon?" She says, "how about tomorrow? It's the day before Sigfríđr and I's birthday. I want to see you before I celebrate it with family." I smile and say, "of course. Any thing a queen requests." She smiles and says, "my family calls me the dark princess but queen sounds better." I smile and she gives me a quick kiss. Before she enters, "thanks for tonight. Tell Syrmir that it was to meet him. Bring up the double date." I nod and say, "tell Sigfríđr about the date and that I say hello." She nods and closes the door and as I was leaving, I turn to see her on her balcony and she sees me and blew a kiss and waves. I pretend I catch it to my heart and wave back.

At home

Since it's just Syrmir and I that live together, I call out to him. "Brother!" He appears out of the kitchen and asks, "how'd it go?" I smile and asked, "how would you feel about going on a date with me, Aloïsia, and her twin sister, Sigfríđr?" He says, "Sigfríđr. I saw her with your girl once. She's beautiful. I'm in if she's in." I smile and get to bed.

Aloïsia Pov

I walk into Sigfríđr's room and I say, "question. How would you feel about going on a double date with Asher, Me, and Ashers older brother, Syrmir." She smiles and said, "I met him once. It was just in passing. He was handsome. Of course." I smile and get to bed after getting out of that dress.
