Newly Weds

Aloisia pov

I woke up nauseated. I go to the bathroom and throw up. Ash followed me and asked, "Aloisia, honey? Are you alright?" I smile and said, "I'm sure I am. Probably ate something weird." he smiles and said, "It's Asgard. We always eat weird stuff." he pulled my hair back and put a hand on my back. I said to him, "I'm sorry." after putting my hair into a clip, he says, "No need to apologize. I'm your husband. I promised to take care of you. Until death parts us." after brushing my teeth and him washing my hair, we got into bed. I lay on his chest and I say, "I love you so much. I hope you know that." he kissed my head and said, "Of course, I know that." we both fell asleep.

In the morning

Asher left me a note,

'you looked peaceful. Didn't want to wake you up after the night you had. Went to do some archery with Syrmir. Your sister should be there any minute to see you. I love you!

Your husband, Asher.'

I smile and decided to take an Asgardian pregnancy test before Sig came over. Once I took it, it immediately came up as pregnant. I am so happy. I decided to wait to tell everyone. I wanted to do it in the best way possible. Especially my husband. Telling him that he's going to be a father will be easy. I have it planned out. On our first date, we wanted kids. We didn't know if we would have them together, but we wanted them. I should've known I'd marry him. He's the love of my life. Forever and always. I hid the test before my sister arrived.

After a few minutes, Sig arrived while I was still in bed. I hid my excitement. Our husbands decided to throw a ball. With our consideration of course. I don't want to go, but that would show people that something is wrong. But there isn't. I'll show up with Asher and say that I'm tired and leave. My sister says, "Sweets, are you okay?" I smile and say, "yea. I didn't get much sleep last night. I'm sure Asher told you." she nodded her head and she laid next to me. She put her arm on my shoulder and I put my head on hers. She made me some tea as well. After a while, I showered and got ready for this God-forsaken ball. I don't enjoy balls. Unless they are with Asher. Speaking of my husband, he just walked in. He sees me in a dress

I walk to the staircase that led to the ballroom with Sig and I don't see Ash. I ask Syrmir, "Where's Ash? Wasn't he with you?!" Syrmir grabs my arm and said, "He's okay. He's coming. He's just fixing his outfit. Breath."  a few minutes later, my husband brings flowers with him. Lilys. My favourite. I put them in a vase with water next to the staircase. Syrmir pulls him aside.

Syrmir Pov

I pulled my brother aside. I said to him, "keep an eye on your wife. She has been uneasy all night. I'm worried. If she's uneasy, so is Sig. We need to take whatever pressure that is on Aloisia off of her shoulders."  my brother nodded and went to his wife. And I went to mine.

Aloisia

I put my hand on my baby discreetly. Once I saw Ash, I calmed down and removed my hand. I smile and said, "Hi honey." he asks, "you alright?" I nodded and we walk toward the ballroom
