Chapter 5

Present day.....

Lust squinted his eyes for a moment to clear his vision from being blurry all of a sudden. When he finally got a good vision from his view, there he saw Blueberry in front of him still sleeping soundly as ever. Lust smiled softly at him gently placing a hand to his cheek caressing it with his thumb. ("So cute he is sleeping like this...god, why is he so irresistible to not look away at"). He thought.

Fortunately, Blueberry opened his eyes carefully and saw Lust smile now being faded as he realized he was now awake. Blushing in purple shade of embarrassment. "Heh, well good morning there Lust~ how are you feeling?". He said. Lust tried to pull away his hand from his face but got stopped by Blueberry holding his hand in place in his own.

Letting him place his cheek to his again as he smiled. "B-Blue! I-I'm sorry to wake you, I thought you were s-still sleeping and all hehe...". He stuttered still blushing. "Heheh, is alright Lust. No need to feel embarrassed about it, I like your warm soft hand into my cheek. It feels so nice you know. So don't worry about it." He said.

Lust calmed down a bit grinning at him happily as he scooted closer to him. Resting his head against his chest while Blueberry rested his chin on his head wrapping his arm around his waist pulling him close. "I love you Blue". He said. Blueberry smiled. "I love you too Lust". He said before both of them fell asleep again to rest more.

Past....

"Let's start from the beginning...". Said Lust to Flowey who was all ears to listen to his story. "I'm a dancer at Grillby's bar where me and Papyrus work at. We both just do our own thing like we always do, have fun, entertaining our customers that come through the door. And just try to be flirty with them whenever we can to maintain their own happy faces with good services of ours. In order to let them have a good time for themselves". He said.

Flowey nodded his head in agreement listening to Lust without interrupting his talk with him. "Me and Papyrus have always been on good terms and have never fight at all through the years of working there. Or even at home whenever our shift is over for the day. We would always spend some time together and would enjoy each other's company like good brothers do.

I was the one who took great care of him since he was little and brought into this world. Ever since our parents have died from our mom being ill and our dad killed during the war from monsters fighting with the humans, I didn't know what to do in that moment. I had no idea how to care for Papyrus and myself in that time. I didn't know where to go or who to call for help.

Until, Alphy's came into the light. She and I met during when I was almost lost hope in finding someone to help me, and there she was. Standing there me and her looking towards each other, filled with surprises in our own eyes". He said while smiling at the memory of it.

"Interesting. I'm glad you two found each other at the right place and time, wouldn't have imagined what could happen next if you didn't met her......I would feel sad for ya both in a honest way". Said Flowey.

Lust smiled at him for the respond. It truly made him feel like someone truly cared about hearing him out. Unlike sometimes his brother of course, he would get a little judgmental about it whenever Lust would say some serious but almost over exaggerating at times,

To the point Papyrus would immediately break the conversation and tell his point of view what to or not to worry about such things in his life. And try to move on by changing the subject either way.

And normally, Lust hated it. To not trusting his brother if he ever wants to have a small or serious talk towards him. If he would ever give any good advice in his life— Lust might have taken it and could use it to his advantage.

However, there wasn't any. Just some plain ol' stupid and nonsense advices from his little brother to deal with.

"Yep. It was a true miracle for us both. And I always thanked for her help all the time. Even to the smallest gestures. that would make Alphy's run to my house and would sometimes panic if I call her to help me with something.

Claiming it as if something was wrong or if me or papyrus was ever in danger, but it wouldn't be that at all. God, Heh. She can be over dramatic about this type of stuff. But, I love her so much in order for her to go all the way through with me and Pap's...that sometimes,

I would want to one day repay her from the kindness she gives me and to my brother. One day....for once". He said smiling weakly.

Flowey let out a frowned face. Feeling bad for Lust's horrible childhood life. And thought that he to...would want to help him or anyone in his life that needed some assistance. For them to praise to.

"...I think she would love that. And, I do know that you will promise yourself that to. I can just feel it". He said giving Lust to look up at him and smile of encouragement.

"Thanks Flowey. For chatting with me". He said. "No problem Sans. I like chatting with you too." He said smiling.

"Hey, um...can I...ask you something?". He said. "Sure Sans. What is it?". Said Flowey. "Is there..any way that I can see you in reality? Like, try to find you in some sort of way from my town...I really would like to see you in person. Rather than to see you in my dreams". He said.

Flowey sighed heavily before looking straight back at his eyes once more. "There is. But, I don't think your in the right mind or condition yet to truly find me around your town. Once you wake up that is...

You'd still couldn't be able to function right in front of your friends or your brother to step outside your own house. Without talking or letting them know of your where about's.

I can't let you risk that for me. And I most certainly don't want you to get hurt again. Ever. So, please...just wait patiently for me. For you to recover from your trauma..and mental well being to reach out again. For yourself and others that cares so dearly about you.

Can you do that for me Sans?". Asked Flowey in a sincere tone.

Sans paused for a moment. Taking his time to cooperate all the info Flowey had just said to him, before finally responding at his request. "..yes Flowey. I promise, for you". He said.

"Thank you Sans. I want you to heal first and not get worked up on yourself." He said. "Yeah I know. Thank you Flowey". He said smiling a little while chuckling.

Flowey sighs in relief. "Well. Is time for me to go now. And for you to wake up as well". He said. Lust nodded. "I'll see you again Flowey. Thanks for keeping me company". He said.

Flowey giggled slightly.

"No problem. New friend".
