Chapter 37

"I can't believe I actually found you," Cameron whispers in my ear.

I slowly unwrap my arms around him, "Guys we need to go, they are coming." Cameron interlocks our fingers together, I look back at Aidan, "Come on."

"No, you guys go, I'll distract them." He says putting a hand on my shoulder.

"No, I'm not leaving you, you got me out of there. Please Aidan. Come with us," I beg. He looks at me, he sighs, then we all start running.

"Nash where did you park?" I yell. "About 10 minutes from here! We are almost there!" He yells back. Maddie and him are running next to each other, Cameron and I follow behind and Aidan runs next to me.

10 minutes later we finally arrive at the car, "Come on! Let's go!" Maddie yells, getting into the passenger seat.

Nash gets in the drivers seat and I sit in the middle of Cameron and Aidan. We are all soaking wet with rain. Nash starts the car and begins to drive off, but all of a sudden a pile of glass falls all over my head. I scream, ducking and covering my head. They just shot at the car.

"NASH GO!" Cameron screams at him. Nash punches the gas and we quickly get away.

"Hannah, are you okay? Did you get cut anywhere?" Cameron says, swiping off the glass off my shirt. "I'm fine Cameron."

"Where to?" Nash questions. Cameron looks at me, then back to Nash, "Hospital."

"Why are we going there? Cameron I'm fine!" I tell him. "Hannah, please just let me take care you." He whispers. I nod my head slowly, answering him.

Shortly we get to the hospital and walk in up to the front desk. A women in her late 30's is typing on a computer. "How may I help you?" She says, continuing typing without looking at us. "Hi, I was hoping we could get some help," Nash says. She looks up at us and her eyes instantly become wide.

"Are you kids alright?! I'm looking for doctors that are available. All five of you need help, correct?" She questions, picking up a phone and dialing.
"No mam, just them two," Cameron says pointing to me and Aidan.

Right away 4 doctors come rushing out through the door, taking Aidan and I by the arm. They take us to a room where there is two beds laying side by side.

"Please change into these and lay on your bed," A nurse says handing us hospital gowns. Gosh I hate these so much. I quickly go to the bathroom and change, taking my clothes and putting them in a plastic bag. I go to the hospital bed, seeing Aidan sitting on the one next to mine. I sit down, playing with my thumbs.

Two nurses come into the room, putting on gloves and walking to Aidan and I.

"Hello Hannah, I'm nurse Lindy. I'll be your nurse for today and possibly tomorrow," She smiles at me. She grabs a wet small towel and gently rubs where I have cuts, then puts on band aids. She grabs a small flashlight and checks my eyes.

After she's done checking me up. She leaves the room along with the other nurse. I slowly close my eyes, enjoying the peace and quiet.

"Hannah," I hear someone whisper. I open my eyes and look over to Aidan.

"Is everything okay?" I ask sitting up. He looks at me and nods, then he waits a couple seconds, he shakes his head.

I quickly get out of my bed walking over to his. Aidan shoves his face into his hands. "Aidan, what's wrong?" I start to panic.

He looks up into my eyes with tears laying on the edge of his eyes. "Hey, don't cry, it's okay. We are safe now."

He shakes his head, "No it's not okay Hannah, look have I have done to you. I gave you so many bruises. Cuts, Hannah I made you bleed. I'm so sorry I never meant to hurt you. But if I didn't they would have killed me. I'm sorry I abused you to get money for my family, I'm sorry for everything I have done for you. Will you please," He chokes and tears slip down his cheeks," Will you please forgive me?"

A tear rolls down my cheek, "Of course I forgive you." I bend down and wrap my arms around his neck. I slowly feel his arms coming up my stomach, then he wraps his arms around my waist.

A sigh of relieve comes from Aidan as a slight smile appears on my lips. I felt bad for Aidan. He has so much regret stuck in him right now. But I don't blame him that he was working for my father. He needed money for his family and if he didn't do the dirty work my dad would of killed him.

We both slowly let go of each other. I look at him, putting my hands on his face and wiping away the tears, "Don't cry anymore, please. You're okay. I promise." He nods his head and I give him a smile. I get one in return and I was back to my bed.

3 hours later...

I start changing into my new clothes Cameron had brought me from home. Aidan and I finally got to go home, the nurses took blood samples and everything was okay. Just a couple bruises here and there, but I'll be fine.

I walk out of the bathroom, thanking the nurses for everything and walk out of the hospital room with Aidan following right behind me.

We walk into the waiting room, I see Maddie, Nash, and Cameron sitting in to corner of the room. I walk to them, but I see Cameron's eyes closed and his mouth slightly parted. I laugh at the sight. I hug Nash and Maddie.

I place my hand on Cameron's cheek, rubbing my thumb against it softly. Cameron's eyes peak open and he smiles. He quickly gets up and doesn't give me any time to say anything. He places his lips on mine for a short time. He pulls away and gets up out of the chair.

He gently puts his head on my forehead, "I won't let anyone ever hurt you again. I promise," He lifts his head up and places a kiss on my forehead, "I love you." He finishes.

Well I finally updated after a couple months. and I'm very sorry for that but now I'm back and I've learned so much more. SO Y'ALL BETTER GET READY.
