Aidan hangs up the phone with Cameron. "No!" I scream. "Let me talk to him!"
"No."
"Please! I'm begging you." I cry. I pull my hands against the tight duct tape. "I said no."
I put my head down, shaking my head. "Once I get out of here, you'll pay for this." I scoff. "No, I won't because you'll be dead before Cameron can find you."
"I need to finish school, I need to graduate. So does Cameron. Let me call Cameron and tell him not to go looking for me. Please." I beg him, looking him straight in the eyes. He looks at me. I see his eyes travel down my body, then back up to my face. His eyes looked like they.. saddened.
He picks up the phone and dials his number. He puts it on speaker and holds it in front of my face.
"Where the hell is Hannah?" Cameron screams through the phone. "Baby, I'm right here, it's okay." I whisper.
"Hannah, where are you. Are you okay?" He questions.
"Cam, listen to me. Forget all about me, okay? I want you to continue high school, I want you graduate this year, I want you to go to a great college, and I want you to continue your life without me." I say clearly, a tear rolling down my cheeks.
"Baby.. No. I can't live without you." He sniffles.
"Cameron don't cry, please. Don't go to the police, I'm okay. I love you so much, and I will never stop loving you."
"I will never stop loving you baby girl."
I nod, looking at Aidan to hang up. He does, and the line goes dead. I sob. I hate this. I hate everything.
"Let me call my best friend." I demand.
"No." He says, throwing the phone across the room, it shatters against the wall, making me cringe.
He walks over to the desk sitting in the front of the room and kicks it. He pulls on the handle of a drawer and it opens. He pulls out a gun. I scream, panicking, I tug and pull against the duct tape.
"Shut up!" He whispers, walking over to me. He bends down to my level, making eye contact with me. "Look, I hate this as much as you do, but I just don't show it. But I've made my decision, I'm going to help you get out of here. It's going to take a lot of work, do you understand?"
My eyes widen, "You're seriously going to help me?" He nods. He walks behind me, pulling out a knife and cutting the duct tape. My hands get released, he goes down to my feet, cutting the tape.
I slowly get up, rubbing my wrists from the impact from the tape. He hands me a gun and pulls another one out of his back pocket. I take the gun, "How do I know I can trust you?"
When he opens his mouth to speak, the door slams opens, and in the doorway is someone I've never seen before. He quickly pulls out a gun, aiming to shoot at us, Aidan pulls me down to the ground and begins shooting at the man. He falls to the ground and Aidan looks at me, "Trust me now?" I look
up into his eyes and slowly nod, I realize that I'm laying on the ground and he is on top of me. His lips inches away from mine. His eyes travel down to my lips and back up to me. I push him off of me and we both get up."If you see anyone. Shoot."
He slowly walks out of the room, signaling with his hand for me to follow. My hands slightly shake, I'm holding a gun, I've only used it once before.
Three guys turn the corner and see us, they pull out their guns and start shooting right at us. "Hannah shoot!" Aidan yells at me. I come out in the open behind him and begin shooting. Once the three guys are down, Aidan grabs my hand and we start running through the hall.
