Nobody was home when you get to Robin's, the house still shrouded in darkness. Luckily, you knew where they kept the spare key so you go in and shower and change into a pair of blue plaid pajama shorts and an over-sized Star Wars shirt, smiling at what a nerd she was.

Then you lay down on her bed, switching off the lamp and closing your eyes as you simmer in your buzzed state now that you were once again full.

You hear her come home shortly after, though don't bother to say anything as she enters her room, sighing to herself for some unknown reason. She switches on the light and you move up onto your knees, watching in amused silence as she strips free of her jacket. When she turns on her heel, it still takes her a beat to register something was off, a shriek escaping her once she does.

"What. The. FUCK?" She seethes as you laugh, crawling across the bed to the side she was closest to, gesturing for her to come closer. "Relax, it's okay." You hum, fingertips coiling around her wrist to bring her closer.

Her fear smelled incredible. Hell, she smelled incredible, but in an entirely different way to the men. She was like home and safety, all wrapped into one. Familiarity and security.

Hyped as you were, overcome with intense desires of all kinds, you say nothing as you reach up and tip her chin down, thumb brushing over her lower lip to pry it open. She doesn't say anything, frozen in quiet surprise as you slant your own lips over hers, delighting in the way she melts into the kiss.

You had no romantic interest in her, she was your best friend alone, but in that moment you had such an overwhelming urge to kiss her that you simply couldn't deny yourself.

There was a softness to your tongue as it swipes over the barrier of her lips, seeking and begging for entry instead of simply taking it as you had with Jason earlier that night. She lets you in, opening herself up to you and you use your hands on her hips to pull her down onto the bed, hovering above you as your mouths work in sync.

It was absolutely the best kiss you'd had in a while, and you'd almost forgotten how good she was at it.

Her own hands were hesitant in their pursuits, light brushes over your waist, awkward groping at your hips. Yours on the other hand were confident, pressing against her back to pull her flush against you, moving into her hair and tugging it ever so slightly until she whimpered into your mouth.

Even beneath her you had the upper hand and it was entirely empowering, your body which was already burning with intensity flaming higher with the kiss.

The thick muscle of your tongue collides with her own and a quiet moan is muffled against her lips, the sound apparently awakening her to what was happening as she sits up rapidly and crawls away from you, frustrated hands sinking into her hair, "No, what the fuck?!"

"You're saying that a lot tonight," You tease, a wicked smirk on your lips as you shift to sit beside her. "What? We used to do it all the time."

"Yeah, used to. What are you doing?"

"I wanted to see you. There's something we need to talk about..." You trail off to make sure she's listening intently after the dizzying exchange you'd shared, and blue eyes find yours at last, her knees rising to her chest where she hugs them to herself. "What is it?" She asks hesitantly and you lean on your hand as you offer a slow grin.

"Well, you're my best friend, Rob. I want you to know the truth about what I've been doing lately."

You could hear the way her heart increases ever so slightly, lips parted a fraction to let out the shaky breaths she was taking. "I knew it. It's you... Isn't it?" Her voice was raspy as she spoke, uncertain and bordering afraid. "What happened to you? Why? How?"
