Today me Sophia, Luna and jaz are going out for a girls day
They all need a de-stress from their lives so I offered to take them all out for the day and pay for them
Which they didn't accept but I will still try to convince them
I planned out our entire day
First we will all go to this cute little restaurant for food and some drinks (nonalcoholic for Sophia of course)
Second we will all go to the spa I booked for us all
And last we are all coming back to my apartment to binge watch some films
Just like old times
Yes I'm stuck in the past
But I can't wait for today

"OMG I CANT BELIVE IT" I shout out loud while Luna reveals her second pregnancy to us all
Luna laughs and places her hand on her stomach
Jaz gives her a hug from the side "congrats girl"
Sophia puts down her drink "speaking of girls let's hope you have one so mine and yours can be besties"
She says excitement rushing through her
"You know it's a girl ?" Jaz questions her while sipping her drink
"It's motherly intuition jaz I'm having a girl I just know it" she says with confidence
"James hopes it's a girl as well we want Luna to have a little sister to play dress up with" Luna tells us
"That's sweet" I tell her
Jaz claps her hands together and leans forward "anyway enough about babies let's talk about how they are made" we all cringe but she continues
"Cora what have you been up to that lately seeing anyone?" She's asks me
"No sadly"
I haven't done anything since last year
Since the incident
Sophia groans "stop lying Cora I've seen you and Logan together getting touchy"
Jaz and Luna both spit on their drinks "LOGAN?"
I laugh awkwardly "we aren't touchy or anything we are just friends like we have been for the last ten years I'm just his assistant"
"What do you assist him with giving him a boner" jaz asks me
I sit uncomfortably I don't even think I've ever given a guy a boner before
I'm not really one of them sexy people
"No just what a normal assistant does"
Sophia can tell that I'm getting uncomfortable talking about the topic and moves it forwards "Anyway do you know that Kimberly apparently divorced Michael after he cheated on her"
The three of them start to gossip and I drown out their conversation
I don't even know why I was so uncomfortable
I haven't really been the same since last year and I think all my friends can tell they just don't know why
No one does
"Cora hello, earth to Cora" Luna says while waving her hands in front of my face
"What's up?" I ask them
Jaz stands up and gets her bag "you ready for the spa?"
I nod my head in response
I can't wait for this I need to relax
