First story!

I wake up with a loud gasp, and frantically search for Wednesday. I look around the room and it was already nighttime.
I felt a bit dizzy and had a slight headache but I got up and slowly trudged towards where my coat was at. I put it on and saw a note from Wednesday that said she was at a festival at Jericho.
I write a 'thank you' note for the nurse, opened the window and I jumped.
When I was about to hit the ground, I transformed myself into a crow and flew around Nevermore looking for my way to Ophelia Hall. As I saw the half coloured spider web designed window, I swoop down and went back to my original form in the balcony.
As I was about to go into our room, I heard soft whimpering and crying noises, as I turned towards Enid's side of the room.
There I see her with a blanket all around her and a piece of paper that was crumpled right beside her. I felt anger flow through me as I went to her and sat beside her.
"....Who....did....this?" I said while clenching my fist, careful to avoid her face as I did not want her to see me with such an ugly and mad expression.
"I-It's nothing...." She said while sniffling and showing me a smile. My face softened immediately as I saw her pained expression and her puffy red eyes.
I swoop in to hug her and patted her hair softly while she couldn't take it anymore and started crying. I felt the void in my heart quake with anger...who would hurt such an innocent and happy girl?....MY INNOCENT AND HAPPY GIRL?!?!
"Mon Cheri...who was it?" I said softly looking at here gorgeous eyes.
"It...It was my mom..." She whispered while tears threatened to slip out of her eyes.
"Take your time..." I said hugging her.
"I-I called her to check in...but the only thing she bothered to check on was if I wolfed out yet...I told her I couldn't do it, she...called me a disappointment and a disgrace and just compared me to my siblings....and of course my father just shook his head disappointed. It's like they don't even care about me!" She said while whimpering.
"She threatened to send me to a camp and take me out of Nevermore too....I don't want to be away from you...I'm scared" She said while sobbing.
"Don't worry Enid, I'll make sure you never go anywhere you don't want to...as long as I'm breathing, I'll always be with you." I said softly while she nodded on my shoulder.
"Now close your eyes, I have something for you." I said teasingly.
"Oh really!? What is it?!" She asked, back to her happy demeanour.
I chuckle and say, "Well it's not a surprise if I tell you, now quick! Close your eyes!".
She smiles and closes her eyes, I pull out a necklace I made a few days prior coming to Nevermore. I put a lot of runes and spells in the necklaces, so much so that I only made 2 ...I know exactly who I'm gonna give it to.
