Sunni Method

There's two different ways to do this method. They can both be used anywhere.

Sunni 1

As always meditation is optional. First get into a comfortable position in bed and visualise your dr. Try thinking of a scene where you are in your dr and keep that image in mind and fall asleep. You can make affirms and listen to subs if you want. When you wake up you should be in your dr.

Sunni 2

This can be done anywhere. Find a seat or a comfortable place to sit. Close your eyes and focus on your dr and enter it, slowly bringing in elements of your dr, for example, your sitting in your room in your dr. You don't need to be good at visualising for this. After a while you should feel like your in your dr, at this point really start to notice the details in your dr and once your absolutely sure you've shifted you can slowly open your eyes.
