ADHD Method

I haven't actually tried this method yet but I will try tonight and update you guys in the morning when I'm not in class. So now onto the method.

First things first, lay down in any position that's comfortable for you, it can be any position(I'll probably stick with the starfish, but you go with whatever is comfortable with you). Then put in earphones and listen to 8D music. This can be any song you want and it doesn't have to correlate to your dr at all, this is just a way to distract your ADHD while you calm down.

Once you have the music on you should start breathing with the tempo of the music. This is going to help relax you even more. With each breath you take, count up a number, for example *inhale* 1 *exhale* 2 and so on. Once you reach any multiple of 10 you want to repeat the following affirms in order:

I am shifting to my desired reality

I feel symptoms and I am unafraid

The closer I get to shifting the calmer my body becomes

After you reach 100 and have said the affirms in order, ask yourself if you have permission to shift. By doing this you are confronting your subconscious to remove the block that is you being in a different reality(idk if that makes sense but it's what the amino says). To visualise this you can picture yourself standing in a white room in front of yourself blocking a door. When you ask yourself, "Do I have permission to shift?" you should be able to visualise yourself stepping out of the way.

After you have given yourself permission, you can sit back and listen to the music. You are going to want to focus on the lyrics. This is the part you can let your ADHD wonder and do what it wants.

Over time your ADHD is going to create memories from your dr using the lyrics. The longer you listen, the stronger those visions will become. At this point you might be able to smell/feel/hear things, these will help connect you to your dr as you try to shift.

After you have allowed your ADHD to create memories you are going to want to visualise what you look like in your dr. visualise your dr self sleeping in the exact same position you're laying in and when you have that image in your head, you can fall asleep. When you wake up you should be in your dr.

i always loved this method bcus i used it to kind of start working on my own method bcus my mind always wonders and i can never keep the same train of thought for too long, like im so easy to distract its a joke. pls if i get distracted tonight im quitting.
