Chapter 27: Once in a Lifetime Chance

It has been a month since my music video was released. It had over 5 million views on Youtube. My song was number 2 on the top 100. My music video was number 4 on the top 100. I couldn't believe I accomplished so much in such a short amount of time. 

   I was in Liam's flat with the guys watching TV when my phone rang. "Hello"  "hello is this Clara Malik?" "This is she" I replied confused. "Hi Clara this is Kurt Schneider. I'm a producer in Hollywood and I produce videos onto Youtube." "Yes I've seen your work and I love it" I said shocked. "It's nice to hear that. I'm calling because I want you to be in my next video with Max Schneider and Lisa Cimorelli" Kurt said. "I would love too" I said exicted, "what song would we be doing?" "We would be doing Getting Married Today" Kurt replied "do you know it?" "Yes I know it" I answered. "Great just give me your email and I'll email you the information" Kurt said. I gave him my email. "I can't wait to work with you Clara" Kurt said then he hung up.

       I stared at my phone then screamed. "Whoa Clara calm down" Liam said. "We only heard part of the conversation" Louis said. "Yeah c'mon spill" Niall said excited. I told them everything and they were happy and exited. "Are you ready to do something like this" Zayn asked. "He has a point I mean the guy is still out there" Harry added. "I'll be fine I can't keep hiding in fear" I answered. They smiled at me. I checked my email and found out everything. "Well I'm leaving tomorrow and will be gone for a week" I told the guys. "Aw we'll miss you" Niall said. "I'll miss you guys too but Ally will be in LA the same time I will be" I said. "TAKE ME WITH YOU" Louis yelled, I laughed. "No can do Lou. Continue with Skype" I said. "But I miss my girlfriend" Louis replied with a pout. "I know and she misses you too" I said with a smile.

     The next day at 5 am I was in Louis' orange van with the rest of the band asleep on Niall's lap. Niall gently shook me awake when we arrived at the airport. All the guys got out and helped me with my bags. Zayn took my hand and we walked inside. We went to bag check and I looked at lads. "I'm going to miss you guys" I said. "You'll be back in one week" Liam said with a smile. I gave them all hugs saving Harry and Zayn last. Harry hugged me tight "stay safe please" he whispered in my ear. "I will" I whispered back. I felt him put something in my pocket but didn't say anything. I gave Zayn a hug "call me as soon as you land" Zayn said. "I will promise" I replied. He kissed my forehead then let me go. I got my bags checked then turned in my ticket.

       I took my seat on the plane then put my earphones in. I looked out the window and watched the plane take off.  I put my hand in my pocket to change the song when I felt a piece of paper. I pulled it out and opened it. 

Dear Clara,

I can't believe I don't have the guts to tell you this in person. I've been fighting these feelings I have for you for months now. Ever since I met you I've been attracted to you. Clara I really like you. I can't get you out my head. I love everything about you. Your voice, your smile, your eyes. The way you bite your lip when you're nervous or play with your hair. I love how you're insecure so I have a reason to always tell you how beautiful you are. I love that you can get down and dirty with us and you hate dressing up. I could go on and on. I know this is sudden and out the blue. I haven't even told Zayn yet. But I will, eventually. I don't even know if you like me this way. I guess what I've been trying to say throughout this entire note is, will you be my girlfriend? I don't expect an answer until you come back home. Have fun in LA and try not to break too many hearts.

When I finished reading the note I had a look of shock on my face. I couldn't believe what I had just read. I read it a few more times before I put it back in my pocket. A smile broke out on my face and looked out the window. "He feels the same way" was all I could think until I fell asleep.
