3rd pov

The scene opens up with the two heros walking walking through the halls, a trail

Duke: "I wonder where I might find the next little rabbit?"

Rose: "They're gone...This must be the crystal."

She approaches a statue of four women, one of which is holding a lamp. It shows a scene where three women kill the fourth lying in a field of roses. A large crystal is glowing with a pale blue light. There's an indentation where something can be inserted. Y/n reads the description out loud.

Y/n: " "The disciples await their masks. Bronze, Silver. Gold. With their garb arrayed, the light shall be released." "

Rose: "I guess I need to find these masks to unlock it."

Y/n: "ok, where are we gonna find them though, this place is literally a mansion"

Rose: "we start by looking, I'd say we split up, but that never works in the movies"

Y/n: "then let's start with the first floor and move to the second"

Rose:*nods* "good idea"

They walk into the dining room and see a shotgun hidden in a locked cabinet, y/n walks over and reads something written at the base.

Y/n: " "Grant me that which sees the truth through its three eyes." Huh, keep an eye on that"

Rose: "There's only one though, only one of us can have it"

Y/n: "trust me, you can have it, I really don't want it"

Rose: "still scared?"

Y/n: "... yes"

Rose: "...*smiles and holds his hand, making him look to her* it's ok, we're a team now, we'll get through this"

Y/n: "...*smirks* buuuut?"

Rose:*looks away* "but I am taking the gun, thank you for giving it to me"

Y/n: "heh, come on, let's get searching, this gate won't open itself, *points to a key mold above the base* looks like a key mold or something"

Rose: "Looks like we have to keep our eyes out for two things now"

Y/n:*looking to the door, points to it* "more like three, look"

She lets go of his hand as she turned to the door that led to the courtyard to see it locked up with a chain.

Rose: "This needs some kind of other item."

Y/n: "shoot it?"

Rose: "No, it's too thick"

Y/n: "like you?"

Rose:*slightly blushing* "I hate you"

Y/n: "no you don't *tips her hat as he walks past her to other door in the room* let's go through this one"

She scoffs and fixes her hat before following him through the door as they entered, they quickly find out that it was the kitchen. They enter it and as they do, a face eater walks in from the other side, rose killed it with ease.

Y/n:*hiding behind the entranceway* "these monsters take way to long to kill"

Rose: "you know, you can stop hiding, I think that was it"

Y/n:*walking to her with a guilty look* "s-sorry, the uh, the gunshots scared me"

Rose: "I know, it's ok, though, I'm not gonna shoot you, my aims pretty good"

Y/n: "It actually is, where'd you learn that?"

Rose: "well, when my dad died, a family friend stepped in to his position, his name is Chris, he taught me to shoot"
