The After Story

3rd pov

The scene starts from where we left off, it fades in from a dark screen to show y/n laying his head in Rose’s lap as he slowly awakes. As he does, rose pets his head he leans into it and looks at rose with half lidded eyes.

Y/n: "...now I know I'm dead, because I've been touched by an angel"

Rose:*smiles* "dork"

Y/n: "did you wait long?"

Rose: "I'd wait forever for you"

Y/n: "I'd do the same for you"

Rose: "Thank you... *nervous smile* j-just one problem though"

Y/n: "what problem?"

K:*of to the side* "you're not supposed to be here!"

Y/n immediately sat up hearing the new voice and put a protective arm over Rose, making K confused and rose smile.

Rose: "see, I told you he's my protector"

Chris:*entering the room* "I sure hope so, or else we can't hire him"

Rose: "Chirs!"

K:*stands at attention and to the side as Chris walks to them* "sir!"

Chris: "hmm *kneels to the two, y/n holds rose a little, he smiles* that's good behavior to give to someone you just met"

Y/n: "you or rose?"

Chris: "both..."

Y/n: "me and rose didn't just meet"

Rose: "you're in for a long story, Chris"

Chris: "am I, rose petal? Well, I'm sure you're boyfriend here can tell me all about it from behind glass"

Rose: "No, wait, Chris, this is y/n, he's a good guy!"

K: "and how do you know that? You just met him!"

Rose: "um, funny story, we've actually known each other for a month and have been dating since about one and half weeks ago"

Y/n:*as he feels K's glare on him* "...surprise!"

Rose: "its ok, k, y/n is an idiot, he wouldn't hurt me even if he knew how"

Y/n: "I know I should feel offended but I really don't feel it"

Chris: "She's right, k... this is the kid I've been giving tips about"

K: "huh, how are you sure"

Chris:*to y/n* "lift your shirt"

Y/n is confused by the request, but does so anyways, showing off his wound, which was now bleeding.

Rose: "Jesus Christ! Why didn't you tell me it broke again!?*stands up* stay down, I know where the first aid is"

Y/n:*as rose leaves the room* "no wait, rose, don't leave me alo-*the door closes behind her* ne...*to the two guys*... can I put my shirt down now"

Chris: "yeah, also, get up"

Y/n stands he's as tall as K, who's been looking at him with wonder since Y/n lifted his shirt.

K: "so you're, real? You're another child like rose?"

Y/n: "What's that supposed to mean?"

Chris: "easy, you may be a wolf, but the moment you show your fangs I'll-"

Y/n: "put a bullet in my head? Nice try at intimidating me, but it's not gonna work! From what I've gathered, you're the guy that's been giving me my odd jobs and the one responsible for my wound since your lazy ass "didn't have time to save me" until after i escaped. As such, I know you, asshole, I know you planned all this shit, you knew rose was coming here! So you sent me here, knowing I'd be desperate enough to try this mission because it's my last one, just so I could protect her"
