The Gem's Vessel

Chapter 4

Fine and a peaceful morning, the three sisters decided to take a day off from their work as they wanna take a break from those exhausting works, as they're the most people who work lots that was assigned by their bosses. Ambri is now the employee of the month, well it has been for 3 months for her. Never changed. As for Ashlee, she is now to be unemployed to clean the house and cook for them, which is kind of a bad thing.

Flashback

On a week off for Ashlee, she decided to cook for her sisters, she got home from the mall to buy groceries for their dish. She tiredly set down the paper bags full of groceries they need for a month, probably 5 bags of total.

She smiles proudly before she say her words; "Alright, I'm ready to cook!"

She prepares her eggs beside a bowl, a fork and seasonings for the food. She cracks an egg inside of a bowl 'til she cracked 5 eggs in total, which is alot for the three of them, well, not for Angelin. She is a big eater.

She then scrambled the egg and in the middle of whisking it, she added some seasonings into the scrambled egg to make it have such a delicate taste. She then go grab a stick of butter from the fridge before coming back to the counter. The latter then turn to the stove and turn it on, then cut a small sliced of butter into a pan that was placed on the stove.

In a couple of seconds, the middle sister soon smell the smell of butter, she then put the egg inside the pan. She examine the heat. She turned around and decided to cut some vegetables for the second dish.

Minutes later, she felt like she had forgotten something but then her eyes widen.

"OH SHIT. THE EGGS." not hesitating, she ran to the stove and found out she put it on high heat on accident. How? I barely know!

She saw the egg was burned and the pan was once white is now covered in black dust on its butt. The latter grab the pan quickly, not even caring about the hotness of the pan, and shove it inside the sink, turned on the faucet.

"Oh bloody heck."

She is definitely getting lectured by Angelin.

Well, that was 4 months ago. Oopsie daisy. Angelin now forbid her sister to cook in the kitchen with her help. She almost burned the house down.

For Angelin, she is now promoted to be the assistant to the CEO. Ironkc, isn't it?

Ashlee and Ambri had been noticing both females are hanging out so much. But not much that Angelin barely had time for them, of course she had lots of time with them. They even find Nisha to be a nice person, which means they apprive to ship them together. Which they always did in the first place when Angelin always and used to talk about Nisha all the time. In a bad way. But never approve.

Nisha really be acting weird these days, she barely even try to talk to Angelin anymore. Which is very unusual because everytime Angelin gretted her, she would greet her back with a more happy energy.

But today? Nope. She barely greeting Angelin anymore, the time they talk is when Nisha gave orders to Angelin and never gave time for Angelin's answer.

Angelin decided to brush it off, thinking that she is just in a bad mood. Angelin was promoted since 7 months, but knowing Angelin, she is probably is tired of this job and tinking she will be retired from the company. Or even, fired.

On this day off, Angelin decided to take those found gems they found from inside the cave almost a year ago, into a pretty necklace. Those gems may be useless anyways. It looks like a normal crystal a rich person would buy.
