Xiao slowly looked up to the sky. It was a beautiful evening. One that in fact only happened in dreams. The sun was just setting and the old Liyue was drenched in orange-gold light.

Xiao sat on a large overgrown rock from which he had a beautiful view over the small pond on Mount Hulao.

Green water lilies and water lines floated on the clear turquoise water, shining in the sun. The sun's rays just barely touched the top of the mountain.

Light danced on water, as wild and bright and breathtakingly beautiful as could be. Meanwhile, the sky had changed from a warm blue to a yellowish pastel.

And in the middle of it all, the setting sun was enthroned there. Powerful and beautiful at the same time.

The grass was green, as were the plants, and little foxes scurried through the nature. Despite the altitude, one could breathe as clearly here as nowhere else in Liyue.

And only the mountain, the water, and the few people who came up here would ever get the chance to appreciate this incredible beauty.

Near the edge of the pond sat two girls. One with fiery red hair, the other with turquoise blue. Indarias and Bonanuns were dreamily watching the setting sun and chatting from time to time.

Whereby they giggled often about their conversation. Indarias hair was not only burning red like fire but also blazed in the air.

Her strong eyes were dark purple like the finest gemstones and through her long hair lighter strands were elegantly hidden in her hairstyle.

She wore a long tight-fitting robe, which was in the same color as her hair. Her whole outfit had the same different shades of red.

Deep reds like flowing lava also permeated her coat and pants. Elegant flames were sewn on this very coat and the latter ended in curved flame-like red fabric.

Bonanus was the complete opposite of her fiery talking partner. Her color was blue. A bright deep blue just like the sea bordering Liyue.

So clear and beautiful at first glance, but also incredibly powerful and dangerous at second. She had hair just as long as Indaria's, though obviously blue, plus two horns on her head that curved out back.

Blue like the rest of her watery appearance was also her tight clothing, which merged into pants. She did not possess ordinary human hands, but instead had huge beautifully decorated claws that glistened like the color of the sea.

Both girls were incredibly beautiful and mysterious at the same time. It was not necessarily their appearance that distinguished them from others.

It was more an aura that sourrounded both of them at the same time.

On the other side of the mountain top stood an elegant pavilion made of dark wood, in an old Chinese style. Under the sunshade of the latter, a young man sat together with a beautiful young woman.

Zhongli and Guizhong laughed delightedly together, watching the setting sun.

Even at first glance, the young lovers could be recognized as a couple.

Although they were neither engaged nor officially together, those who were close to them knew how much the two meant to each other.

The young man, who everyone called Rex Lapis, sat quietly in the golden hues of the sun, occasionally sipping from an elegantly decorated teacup.

While the pretty woman slowly tucked a glaze lily in her hair. Her gaze was warm, cordial almost like a mother. She was charming, passionate and a compassionate soul.
