|ALLISON|Billy waited exactly where I told him to, this time with a small crowd. He was surrounded by who I recognised to be Tommy H and a few other guys I didn't know talking about basketball. Billy played a lot back in California so I knew he was interested in joining the team here.
I stood a few metres away feeling the anxiety rising when I knew I was going to have to push through to get to him. As if someone answered my prayers Tommy and the rest of the gang walked away down the hall. As I waited for them to clear I looked across the other side of the lockers to see a small group of girls watching Billy, practically drooling. He looked up for just a second and made eye contact with the one girl twirling her finger in her hair. She had big blonde hair with small curls and there wasn't a part of her face that didn't have make up on. It made me sick watching her try to flirt with my boyfriend. Billy gave a friendly smile and a nod and the girl winked back.
Just like that something in me snapped. I marched up to Billy and yanked on his collar and crashed my lips into his. I could feel Billy smirk at the interaction. He knew I was jealous but I wasn't going to hide it, just like Billy I get possessive but he loves it. He reached down and squeezed my ass pulling me closer to show the girls he was taken and probably to show the guys to keep away from his girl.
"So does ditching sound like a good idea now?" Billy asked with a smirk still on his face.

"If we head back now we can make it back for 4th period." I said pulling my top back over my head still out of breath from our private activity while Billy did his belt up.
"Or we can explore this shitty town and see if there's anything decent to do." He replied picking his jacket up from the floor of the backseat of his car.
"Billy, your dad-"
"Can't control my life." He tilted my chin to face him, his demeanour changed and he became serious. I sighed wishing I was able to do something to help him. "And he certainly won't control yours. I promise."
"I love you." I whispered before leaning in to give him a meaningful kiss on the lips.
"And I love you." He smiled back, my stomach still flutters even after all this time together. It took him a while to be confident enough to say those three words to me, when he did I couldn't believe it. Saying it now has the same effect it did on me the first time.
"Let's head back today and look around the town later. Got to get you back for basketball tryouts. I can promise you there's nothing exciting round here."
"We can make it exciting." He smirked. I hit his chest as he let out a laugh. I giggled back at his dirty mind as I got out the car and into the front. Billy following to drive us back to school.

"You are going to get into so much trouble one day!" Allison laughed as I sped along the country road. Though most people hated it, Allison loved me driving like a lunatic. She rolled down the window and stuck her arm out. It was moments like this we were able to escape the reality of home life and feel like ourselves.
I looked over at Allison seeing her smiling widely. Her arm stretched out, her soft strawberry scented hair blowing back in the wind. I loved knowing this girl was mine and no one could take that away from me. I loved her.
Out of nowhere we could both hear sirens coming from behind.
"Shit!" I looked in my mirror to see a cop car gaining on us. I had no choice but to slow down and pull over. I looked to make sure Allison was okay when she started to panic, I grabbed her hand and rubbed my thumb up and down to soothe her. "Let me handle this, don't worry about it."
I could see her gulp nervously but she nodded. As she looked back she could see the cop coming closer to the car. After studying the cop her face dropped. "Shit. Shit. Shit!"
"What?" I asked as Allison dived into her bag and pulled out a hoodie. My hoodie of course. She pulled it on and pulled the hood up, pulling her hair back and tucking it under the hood.
I was about to question her further when I heard a knock on my window. I rolled down the window and put a charming smile hoping to avoid any punishments. "Hello, officer."
"Step out of the car son." The cop said coldly.
As I was stepping out, the cop bent down looking into the car and looked at Allison. I could see she refused to look his way. When he stood back up I could see her let out a breath while wiping he sweaty hands in her jeans.
"Do you have any idea how fast you were going?"
"I'm really sorry. We're new to town and don't know the roads very well. I'll be very careful next time." I said still with a smile on my face.
"License and registration..."
I nodded and bent back down into my car to pull out the wanted items. As I did that I glanced over to Allison seeing her stare straight ahead at nothing, her can see her breathing heavily with her hands clutched to her chest.
Shit.
I couldn't do much right now so I reached over and squeezed her thigh for reassurance. When I got back out the car I smiled again at the cop while he snatched the papers from my hand. I didn't like this guys attitude.
"You do realise you were going 80 in a 40 zone?"
"Listen officer-"
"Chief."
"Chief Hopper... like I said we're new to town and I didn't see the signs. If you could just let us go I'll make sure to pay extra attention on the road."
I could see the Chief getting irritated but nonetheless, Hopper shoved the papers into my chest.
"Fine, Hargrove." He said checking my license again to check he got the name right before letting me go. "But if I catch you again I won't hesitate to put you in cuffs and drag you down to the station. Bet your parents would love to hear how reckless you are while also skipping school."
My smile dropped when he mentioned Neil. The thought of what he what do if he found out about this was enough to anger me. I yanked open my car door and jumped in slamming it shut behind me. Hopper leant down leaning on the door as he looked over to Allison again who had been quiet the whole time.
"She okay?" He asked seeming suspicious. I looked over to Ally just as she glanced over and smiled slightly, waiting to see if she would answer. I don't get what's going on with her.
"Yeah, she's fine. Just shy." I replied. Hopper gave a wary look but relaxed when Allison pulled her hand across to squeeze mine.
"You look familiar." Hopper stated and I could see Allison freeze. "What's the name kid?"
"Joanna." Allison quickly stated before I could say anything.
Joanna?
I furrowed my eyebrows at her suspicious behaviour but didn't say anything as Allison gave my hand another squeeze.
"Joanna?" Hopper said in thought. "You been to Hawkins before?"
"No, never." She lied again.
"Huh. You just really look like someone I know." Hopper said before getting up and patting my car on the roof. "Keep your boyfriend out of trouble."
I rolled my eyes and looked over to Allison to check she was alright. We stayed quiet while she watched Hopper get into his car and drive away. Allison still gripped tightly onto me refusing to say a word.
"Babe?" I tried to get her attention. "Ally, what was that about?"
"That's my dad."
