"I thought we already accomplished that already" Lo'ak muttered. "Go to sleep, Lo'ak" "Jake?" Neytiri asked. "Anyway, when I first got here they thought if they could turn a human into na'vi they could turn a baby into na'vi. So what do they do? They have all the female scientists there get tested. And one 'lucky' scientist turned out to be 20 weeks pregnant. When they asked her if they could use her baby when it was born she refused. So they killed her..."
"Oh Jake..." "But she couldn't have a fast death. So they wounded her. It's all coming back now. Like a dream. They shot her in the cheek and hit her with a bat to knock her out of shock. And they dissected her...to get Lyrah out. And Lyrah died. You say that before I came, the sky people attacked once." "Yes but how does that-" "They took a na'vi baby. And somehow magically they transfered the na'vi baby's soul or something into the lifeless baby bringing her back. They kept her in the lab until she was a normal baby" "What does this mean?" Neytiri asked. "This means she's biologically Na'vi in a human body"
