{A/N; This was honestly my first time trying to write a Reader Insert one-shot. This what I wrote for a Markiplier Imagine from imagine-youtube.tumblr.com. I really enjoy their blog, I get so many ideas to wrote from their imagines and if I ever do write again for them, that is where the fic will be first! No, I still don't have a laptop, I just have this saved in my nook, so y'all can read
[Y/N] = YOUR NAME
[Y/F/A] = YOUR FAVORITE ANIMAL}

It was so nice and sunny in California at the moment, after weeks of nothing but wind and straight up down pour while being stuck inside, you and Mark are taking the chance for a...mini vacation of sorts.

Mark needed a bit of a break from all the recording and editing.
You needed a break from streaming so much, you weren't too popular, but you enjoyed just playing and hoping you made people smile. There were reasons you and Mark were together you know?

So what better way to spend a sunny day than taking a weekend to go to San Francisco? It's a 5 hour drive and you've always loved the sea breeze. And to make things better, the weekend you were going there were going to be fair games littering the pier.

"Mark come on, hurry!" you yelled happily, pulling and tugging at the taller man who was laughing and shaking his head, "[Y/N], calm down, it's not going anywhere. We have all weekend!" you groaned and slowed down, lacing your fingers together as you leaned into his arm, "I know, but how often do we get to come down here? " you looked up to him as you made your way down the pier, looking at tourists enjoying the view, looking at street performers.

It was all so mesmerizing to you.

"Oh my god!" You suddenly released Mark's hand and darted to a game stand, pointing up at a stuffed [Y/F/A]. "Mark, Mark! Look!" you grinned. The host couldn't help but grin, tilting his hat to you. "Think you're strong enough to win that ma'am? Hit the marker hard enough to reach the bell and it's all yours!"

You weren't one to back down off a challenge, no matter if you knew you'd fail horribly or not.
You weren't too strong but you wanted to give it a shot. "I'll try! I don't want to back down from this, not when that animal is on the line!" you puff out your chest in pride as you pull out the amount of money needed for the game and went to grab the hammer.

Mark, at this point, had pulled his cell phone out to record this, "You're far too competitive [Y/N]. I love it." You saw the phone and stuck your tongue out as you lifted the hammer and brought it down as hard as you could. You puffed your cheeks as you managed to get it half way.

Mark grinned, walking over to you, "Oh here, hold this you silly goose." you blinked and took his phone, turning it towards him to record. With what you paid, you got two turns off of it, good thing too because what happened next made your mouth drop.

It was like there was no struggle at all. Mark brought the hammer back and down on to the marker like he was swinging a doll around. He made it seem so easy!

DING!

Mark had the largest grin on his face as the host brought down the stuffed animal you had wanted and handed it to him. You stopped the recording as Mark came back to you and switched objects, taking his phone back and sliding it into his pocket.

"Oh my god Mark! You're amazing!" you hug the plus to your chest, nuzzling it. "But that was all you, you should have gotten yourself a plush YOU wanted." you looked up at him.

Mark was looking down at you with a soft and caring look, shaking his head as his smile turned to a sentimental one, "Not at all. Not when I have you as my plush." he spoke, nothing but adoration dripping off that sentence as he pulled you into his arms.

"That was so lame.....I love you."

"I love you too."
