Malia walked to the bar and sat on one of the bar stools. I followed behind her and sat next to her. "When did you learn to do that princess?". "Do what?" She smiled. Malia seemed more laid back and less worried now. "The whole dirty dancing act. It's kinda hot you know" I winked at her and she smiled."I told you Kai I can dance!" Malia laughed. The bartender came our way and asked us if we wanted anything. "what do you have?" I asked. "We have bud light, vodka, tequila-" I stopped the man half way through his sentence. "Ohh tequila!" Malia laughed and said she'll have the same. We got our drinks and Started to drink. Before we can even make conversation a man approached Malia. "Hey hot thing I saw you dancing earlier you wanna come upstairs with me?". "No thanks." Malia said uncomfortably. "Oh come on girl!" The stranger gripped Malia waist sexually. "I said no!" She cried. The mans grip was still attached."Hey! She said no!" I got off the bar stool and came closer to the guy. "And what you gonna do if I don't" the man shoved me backwards. All my rage came out and I swung my fist towards his face and knocked him out. The stranger was out cold. I grabbed Malia's wrist and dragged her out to the parking lot. We got into the car and I started up the engine. We drove In silence, only the sound of us breathing was all you can hear.

I was staring at Kai the whole car ride. Thoughts ran in my mind. Why is he acting like this. Nice, gentle, protective? It's not like him. Kai's messing with my mind,one minute he can go from goofy and cute to psychotic and Angry. "Kai?" I attempted at a conversation. "What" he's said kinda annoyed. like he knew I was going to try to talk to him. "What happened back there". "A guy wanted to sleep with you.". "Okay so why do you care?". Kai took his eyes off the road for a second and glanced at me. "I don't" Kai said. "Soo why did you help me" I asked. "Because I could tell that guy was a freak." Kai said. "Like your not" I chuckled. Kai looked at me with another annoyed look. That seemed to really piss him off. "So what, you like him or something, because you basically cried for him to let go off you. And I know I am not an expert in feeling but I am pretty sure that means you don't like him". "I didn't cry! And I don't like him he's a jerk!". "Like me?" Kai mocked. There was a moment of silence before Kai spoke again. "We're going to have to stay in a motel". "Okay" I said. "We need to save money for gas so I have to rent a room with one bed". Great, I thought to myself. "Okay" I sighed.

We arrived at the motel and were in the room already. "I'll take the floor" Kai suggested. "No it's fine". "You want the floor?" Kai asked confused. "Ew no! I am saying that we can share". Kai looked at me for a long time. I could see that he was still confused. "I never said thank you for standing up to that ass. So this is my thank you". "So my reward is to not sleep on the floor?". "Hey take it or leave it" I grabbed a pair of pajamas and headed to the bathroom to change. When I was done I walked out the bathroom and saw Kai without a shirt in the bed. Why does he have to sleep shirtless ugh. I brushed of the thought and laid on the bed. I tugged the blanket closer to me and moved away from Kai so that my back was all he can see.

I woke up and decided to go outside. I slipped on my black combat boots and opened the door. I was walking outside when all of a sudden a ball came crashing to my head. "Oww!" I yelled in anger. there was a group of children playing basketball. They were all around 7 and 8. "I am sorry" one of the kids said. "Well sorry didn't do it you did!" I screamed at the innocent child. "I am really sorry miss I didn't mean to hit you". I didn't care about anything the little boy was saying. I had so much anger and rage inside of me. I couldn't take it anymore. "Well it's to late to say sorry!" I said with pure evil in my voice. Before the boy could blink, I grabbed him and plunged my teeth into his neck. But not my regular two fangs. I had four. "AHHH!" The little boy screamed for his dear life. My eyes turned bright neon blue. All I could hear is the child yelling and yelling and yelling.

I shot up from the bed and gasped. It was a dream. It was all just a dream. A dream that looked and felt so real. Kai shot up as soon as he heard me gasp for air. I started crying like a baby. "MALIA MALIA WHATS WRONG!!" Kai said to me with concern. "I WAS KILLING HIM I WAS KILLING HIM!!" I could barely get the words out of my mouth because of how much I was crying. "KILLING WHO MALIA" Kai had said. "THE LITTLE BOY! I GOT SO MAD AND I LASHED OUT ON HIM. I TURNED AND I KILLED HIM!" Kai wrapped his arms around me and started to stroke my hair. I leaned in closer to him. My head was on his bare chest. Tears streaming down my face. Falling on to his chest. I was such a mess. "shh it's okay it's okay" Kai said trying to calm me down. "I am here".
